The incident occurred at Rock Lake Drive at the Kanawha Turnpike just after 11:45 a.m., according to the South Charleston Fire Department. Samuel Rutledge, 54, was identified in the incident. ORIGINAL STORY SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A pedestrian is dead after they were struck by a train in South Charleston Tuesday, according to the South Charleston Fire Department.
