It is a pre-entry permission for the holder of a valid Singapore visa to travel to, and seek entry, into Singapore. The grant of an immigration pass will be determined by the ICA officers at the point of entry. Possession of a valid visa alone does not guarantee entry into Singapore. The period of stay granted is shown on the visit pass endorsement given on your passport and it is not tied to the validity of your visa. These travel documents are subject to assessment of recognition for entry into Singapore. #### Visa Free Transit Facilities Nationals of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Georgia, India, The People’s Republic of China (PRC), Turkmenistan and Ukraine may be eligible for the Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF). For more information on the VFTF, [click here](https://www.ica.gov.sg/enteranddeparting/before/enteranddeparting_before_vftf). - #### Visa Fees The visa application fee must be paid in cash only. **VFS Global Service Charge** A service charge is chargeable by VFS Global as an Authorized Visa Agent for the service in addition to the visa application fees. The service charge is payable in cash only. Please take note of the following: I. The visa processing fee is IDR 386,000 per visa application II. The service charge is IDR 362,000 which is inclusive of VAT III. The Applicants should request for a receipt indicating the breakdown of visa processing fee and service charge from VFS Global upon making payment IV. Before submission, kindly go through below requirement to ensure that you have fully completed the necessary document: 1. 1 Completed visa application [form 14 A](https://www.vfsglobal.com/one-pager/singapore/indonesia/english/pdf/Form14a_updated_feb.pdf) and signed (Applicant below 16 yrs old, form to be signed by one of the parents) 2. 1 recent passport-size photograph (4.5 x 3.5 cm) - Image must be taken within the last 3 months. - Photograph should be in color, must be taken against a white background with a matt or semi – matt finish - Image must show the full face and without headgear (headgear worn on accordance with religious or racial customs are acceptable but must not hide the facial features) - Shoulders and hair must be fully visible. - Photograph must be taken with even brightness, be clear, in sharp focus and not pixelated, and not altered using editing softwares 3. Copy of flight reservation to Singapore with onward/return from Singapore to the next destination 4. Copy of hotel reservation 5. Original and copy of passport;(valid for at least six months from the date of your entry into Singapore) 6. Copy of KIMS/KITAP/VOA/Indonesia valid Visa. 7. Copy of PRC Identity Cards (for PRC Nationals only) 8. Entry facilities (such as visa) to next destination (if required) 9. LOI (V39A form) issued by LC who must be a Singapore citizen or PR. For business visa, the LC must be acting on behalf of the Singapore-registered business entity. LOI can also be issued by applicant’s embassy if applicant cannot obtain a LOI from a LC. 10. If applicant cannot provide any LOI, to submit other supporting documents in relation to their visit to Singapore, if any 11. Employment or sponsor letter 12. Letter of invitation from Singapore company for business visa applications 13. Copy of Singapore valid visa (if any) 14. Others (please specify) **Important Note:** **The validity of the entry visa issued is subject to the authority and discretion of the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA). Possession of a visa does not entitle a foreigner to enter Singapore automatically. The grant of a visit pass to foreign visitor is determined by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) at the Singapore checkpoints and each case is considered on its own merits.** The Visa application submitted only for a maximum of 30 days before departure. - #### Photo Specifications One recent passport size - colored photograph (taken within last 3 months against a white background with a matt or semi-matt finish, size 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm - Image must show the full face and without headgear (headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable) - Shoulders and hair must be fully visible - Photograph must be taken with even brightness, be clear, in sharp - focus and not pixelated, and not altered using editing software.  - #### Processing Time The processing of visa application will take at least 3 working days excluding the day of submission.
