Sean Barbabella claiming that his 'active lifestyle continues to contribute significantly to his well-being'. In the latest [medical exam](https://www.tyla.com/news/politics/donald-trump-medical-results-white-house-excellent-health-820268-20250414), the physician also credited the fact that [Trump](https://www.tyla.com/donald-trump) regularly participates in meetings, public appearances and press availability add to his [health](https://www.tyla.com/health), explaining that these appearances are beneficial, along with 'frequent victories in [golf events](https://www.tyla.com/news/politics/donald-trump-golf-course-reciprocal-tariffs-407464-20250407)'. "President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State," the report concluded. Advert Following the exam, which took place last Friday (11 April), Barbabella said Trump weighed in at 224 pounds, was 6'3" and his blood pressure was 128 over 74. This is a few pounds heavier than Trump's weight in his booking records when he was arrested in 2023. There he was listed as 6'3'' and 215 pounds. The report also noted scarring on Trump's right ear following the [assassination attempt](https://www.tyla.com/news/politics/donald-trump-assassination-attempt-inauguration-speech-028781-20250120) in Pennsylvania. It also documented his serious case of Covid-19 in October 2020 when he was campaigning against Joe Biden. After people caught light of Trump's height and weight, they couldn't help but compare it those of a number of major athletes including the likes of Xavier Legette, wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers, who is 6'3" and weighs 227 pounds. Likewise, Justin Skyler Fields, quarterback for the New York Jets, who is similarly 6'3" and also 227 pounds. Then there's also Patrick Mahomes, quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, who is 6'2" and 225 pounds. Commenting on the viral comparisons, one X user wrote: "We CONSTANTLY talk about how people even of the same height and weight can carry it differently depending on body shape, muscle vs fat, etc. so like what are we doing here."
