[Latest Updates]
Under the new
Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF)
, all fully vaccinated travellers or children aged 12 and below will be allowed to enter Singapore quarantine-free
without taking any COVID-19 tests
from 26 April 2022.
Since 1 April 2022, Singapore has fully liberalised its immigration policy with the launch of the
Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF)
to
replace the existing Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL)
.
Previously under a Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL), fully-vaccinated travellers will only enjoy quarantine-free travel to Singapore on designated VTL flights or ferries. According to the new Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF), fully vaccinated travellers can enter the country
without quarantine on any flight or ferry
, and they
do not need to apply for an Air Travel Pass (ATP) or Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP)
.
The risk classification of countries and territories will also be further simplified by dividing them into a General Travel Category and a Restricted Travel Category. As of now, all countries and territories are included in the former.
From 26 April 2022
, Singapore lifted most of the remaining COVID-19 restrictions and relaxed the entry requirements for travellers.
Fully vaccinated travellers
and
children aged 12 and below
can enter Singapore without quarantine
without having to undergo a 48-hour pre-departure or on-arrival COVID-19 tests
. There is also no need for travel insurance for fully-vaccinated short-term visitors. However, travellers from visa-requiring countries will still need to apply for a visa to enter the country as they did before the epidemic.
With the introduction of the new framework, it will be easier to enter and leave Singapore without having to abandon your travel plans due to various immigration restrictions.

a.
Check your vaccination certificate, e.g. vaccination status on your
TraceTogether

Name (per travel document used for entry)
At least one other personal identifier, e.g. date of birth or passport number (per travel document used for entry)
Country of vaccination
Name of vaccine(s) administered, i.e. different names for different vaccine type
Vaccination date(s)
For travellers who have been vaccinated overseas, upon successful entry into Singapore upon presentation of proof, travellers will automatically be granted temporary vaccination status for approximately 30 days.
2. Apply for an entry visa if requierd
3. Fill the online SG Arrival Card (SGAC)
Travellers are advised to complete the online
SG Arrival Card (SGAC)
with Electronic Health declaration before departure, up to 72 hours before arrival in Singapore.
4. Immigration Clearance in Singapore
For foreign visitors, an
e-pass (i.e. visit pass)
will be issued via the email address indicated on the SGAC indicating the approved duration of stay. Passports will no longer be stamped.
5. Download TraceTogether App
All visitors must use the
TraceTogether app
in Singapore to facilitate contact tracing.

## A Video about Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF)
**\[Latest Updates\] Under the new Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF), all fully vaccinated travellers or children aged 12 and below will be allowed to enter Singapore quarantine-free without taking any COVID-19 tests from 26 April 2022.**
Since 1 April 2022, Singapore has fully liberalised its immigration policy with the launch of the **Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF)** to **replace the existing Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL)**.
Previously under a Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL), fully-vaccinated travellers will only enjoy quarantine-free travel to Singapore on designated VTL flights or ferries. According to the new Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF), fully vaccinated travellers can enter the country **without quarantine on any flight or ferry**, and they **do not need to apply for an Air Travel Pass (ATP) or Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP)**.
The risk classification of countries and territories will also be further simplified by dividing them into a General Travel Category and a Restricted Travel Category. As of now, all countries and territories are included in the former.
**From 26 April 2022**, Singapore lifted most of the remaining COVID-19 restrictions and relaxed the entry requirements for travellers. **Fully vaccinated travellers** and **children aged 12 and below** can enter Singapore without quarantine **without having to undergo a 48-hour pre-departure or on-arrival COVID-19 tests**.

## What Requirements are Needed to Enter Singapore under the Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF)?
π’From 26 April 2022, all fully vaccinated travellers and children aged 12 and below entering Singapore will be able to enter Singapore without serving a Stay-Home Notice (SHN) or applying for entry approvals or taking any COVID-19 tests. β **[Find out more here](https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/arriving/overview)**.
Depending on the vaccination status, visitors entering Singapore are divided into 2 groups, and the documents required for entry into Singapore and the regulations that need to be followed (e.g. whether home quarantine is required) differ for each group.
### \- Fully Vaccinated Travellers & All Children Below 12
Fully vaccinated travellers and children aged 12 and under are not required to undergo a nucleic acid test within 48 hours prior to departure, nor are they required to undergo an additional rapid antigen test (ART) or comply with a Stay-Home Notice (SHN) upon arrival, but they are still required to complete the following process:
#### **1\. Get Fully Vaccinated and Vaccination Certificate**
To be considered fully vaccinated, you need to
- be vaccinated with a WHO or EU emergency approved vaccine and meet the number of doses and the minimum interval between doses.
- For those diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to vaccination, complete at least 1 dose of the WHO/EU approved vaccine within 28 days of first recovery. A certificate of recovery or a discharge memorandum must also be presented upon entry.
All vaccination certificates, regardless of place of issuance and whether digitally verifiable or not, will be accepted as proof of vaccination. Children aged 12 years and below are exempted from the vaccination requirement. To present your vaccination certificate, you can:
**a.** Check your vaccination certificate, e.g. vaccination status on your [TraceTogether](https://www.tracetogether.gov.sg/) or [HealthHub](https://www.healthhub.sg/) app.
**b.** Or use the [Vaccination Check Portal (VCP)](https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/STO1/VCP) to get a vaccination acceptance letter which you can use for boarding and immigration checks, if you have a recognised Digitally Verifiable Vaccination Certificate (DVC).
**c.** If you do not have a recognised DVC, or have had difficulties verifying your DVC on VCP, prepare a Vaccination Certificate (including certificate on a vaccination app) that is in English, or accompanied with notarised English Translation, with the following details:
- Name (per travel document used for entry)
- At least one other personal identifier, e.g. date of birth or passport number (per travel document used for entry)
- Country of vaccination
- Name of vaccine(s) administered, i.e. different names for different vaccine type
- Vaccination date(s)
For travellers who have been vaccinated overseas, upon successful entry into Singapore upon presentation of proof, travellers will automatically be granted temporary vaccination status for approximately 30 days.
#### **2\. Apply for an entry visa if requierd**
#### **3\. Fill the online SG Arrival Card (SGAC)**
Travellers are advised to complete the online [SG Arrival Card (SGAC)](https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/) with Electronic Health declaration before departure, up to 72 hours before arrival in Singapore.
#### **4\. Immigration Clearance in Singapore**
For foreign visitors, an [e-pass (i.e. visit pass)](https://www.ica.gov.sg/public-education/roll-out-of-e-pass-to-all-checkpoints-and-launch-of-ica's-e-pass-enquiry-portal) will be issued via the email address indicated on the SGAC indicating the approved duration of stay. Passports will no longer be stamped.
#### **5\. Download TraceTogether App**
All visitors must use the [TraceTogether app](https://www.tracetogether.gov.sg/) in Singapore to facilitate contact tracing.
### \- Non-Fully Vaccinated Travellers Aged 13 and Above
Non-fully vaccinated Long-Term Pass Holders (LTPHs) and Short-term visitors (STVs) aged 13 and above are generally not allowed to enter Singapore, except for the following groups:
- LTPHs medically ineligible for vaccines;
- LTPHs aged 13 to 17, subject to the appropriate measures; and
- LTPHs and STVs with other valid entry approval (e.g. for compassionate reasons)
Those who are allowed to enter Singapore must **complete a nucleic acid test 48 hours prior to their departure**; they are also required to comply with **a seven-day SHN** upon entry and to undergo **another COVID-19 test** at the end of their SHN period.
