In the Tesla app , you can schedule and manage your service appointments, view and approve estimates and review your vehicle’s service history. We offer three types of service appointments: Service Center visits, Mobile Service and Collision Center visits. Service Center visits require you to bring your vehicle to a Tesla Service location. If your service can be done outside of a Service Center, a Mobile Service Technician can come to you and perform the service at a convenient location of your choosing. If your Tesla vehicle has been damaged because of an accident, body repairs can be done at a Tesla Collision Center. When you schedule a service appointment, you will be shown dates and times for all appointment types available to you depending on your location and type of service needed. How to Schedule a Service Appointment To schedule a service appointment in the Tesla app, follow these steps: Open the Tesla app. Tap ‘Service.’ Tap ‘Request Service.’ Select a support topic and describe your concern. Follow the on-screen prompts. If your concern requires a service appointment, you will need to provide additional information such as photos, insurance information (if applicable), the date, time and type of service appointment you’d like. If your concern does not require a service appointment, you will be provided with troubleshooting steps.
