But hey, if you're looking for an arm workout...\nInstructions\nCombine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a medium bowl. Using a hand-mixer (or milk frother), whisk until the coffee mixture turns into a thick and fluffy, butterscotch-colored foam. About two to four minutes. \nPour chilled milk into a glass, and spoon the frothy coffee mixture on top. \nSnap a photo and upload to social media.* Then gently stir the foam and milk until combined. This recipe for Whipped Coffee looks beautiful so that will replace my regular coffee.  \nI am trying to make Clotted Cream but I need either Unpasteurized Cream or regular just pasturized Cream. It is very common in my country, Ireland. It is Very Expensive to buy and so Easy to make! For a 2 oz jar costs around \\$6.00! I have been unable to find the unpasteurized Cream so I thought I would take this straight to the Cows! It takes about 12 hours to bake then more time to complete. I hope you can help me get back to My Irish Roots and make my own like I did in Ireland. Please let me know if you Carry the unpasteurized Cream. And for good reason, it’s aesthetically pleasing! Not to mention, it’s extremely simple to make. The Korean drink is made by whipping up three ingredients - instant coffee, sugar, and hot water - until it forms a luscious creamy foam that's then dolloped atop your choice of milk. Dalgona resembles an upside-down cappuccino, but instead of frothy milk on top, it's coffee. Are you ready to replicate a fancy coffee shop drink? Keep on reading\! ## Whipped Coffee (also known as Dalgona) ### What you need - 2 tbsp. instant coffee - 2 tbsp. sugar - 2 tbsp. hot water - 1 cup of your favorite [Smith Brothers Farms Milk](https://www.smithbrothersfarms.com/milk-cream) - Hand mixer or milk frother\* - Medium-sized bowl \*Don't have either? You can use a fork or whisk, but it will take much longer. Some folks have said you need to stir it 400 times! But hey, if you're looking for an arm workout... ### Instructions Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a medium bowl. Using a hand-mixer (or milk frother), whisk until the coffee mixture turns into a thick and fluffy, butterscotch-colored foam. About two to four minutes. Pour chilled milk into a glass, and spoon the frothy coffee mixture on top. Snap a photo and upload to social media.\* Then gently stir the foam and milk until combined. This recipe for Whipped Coffee looks beautiful so that will replace my regular coffee. I am trying to make Clotted Cream but I need either Unpasteurized Cream or regular just pasturized Cream. It is very common in my country, Ireland. It is Very Expensive to buy and so Easy to make! For a 2 oz jar costs around \$6.00! I have been unable to find the unpasteurized Cream so I thought I would take this straight to the Cows! It takes about 12 hours to bake then more time to complete. I hope you can help me get back to My Irish Roots and make my own like I did in Ireland. Please let me know if you Carry the unpasteurized Cream. I feel like I am going thru withdrawals since I don’t have the cream to make it myself. And for good reason, it’s aesthetically pleasing! Not to mention, it’s extremely simple to make. The Korean drink is made by whipping up three ingredients - instant coffee, sugar, and hot water - until it forms a luscious creamy foam that's then dolloped atop your choice of milk. Dalgona resembles an upside-down cappuccino, but instead of frothy milk on top, it's coffee. Are you ready to replicate a fancy coffee shop drink? Keep on reading\! ## Whipped Coffee (also known as Dalgona) ### What you need - 2 tbsp. instant coffee - 2 tbsp. sugar - 2 tbsp. hot water - 1 cup of your favorite [Smith Brothers Farms Milk](https://www.smithbrothersfarms.com/milk-cream) - Hand mixer or milk frother\* - Medium-sized bowl \*Don't have either? You can use a fork or whisk, but it will take much longer. Some folks have said you need to stir it 400 times! But hey, if you're looking for an arm workout... ### Instructions Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a medium bowl. Using a hand-mixer (or milk frother), whisk until the coffee mixture turns into a thick and fluffy, butterscotch-colored foam. About two to four minutes. Pour chilled milk into a glass, and spoon the frothy coffee mixture on top. Snap a photo and upload to social media.\* Then gently stir the foam and milk until combined. Enjoy\! \Totally optional* \[Notes: You can enjoy dalgona hot. If desired, simply heat the milk, pour into a heat resistant cup and spoon the coffee mixture on top. Also, feel free to adjust both the sugar and milk amount to your personal preference.\]
