When we received the ring, we were informed that the ring had a scratch at the prong which we couldn’t even see. After collecting the ring for the proposal, we were advised to return it to get the scratch removed. My fiancée did not even want to return it because of how pretty it was. When we received the ring, we were informed that the ring had a scratch at the prong which we couldn’t even see. After collecting the ring for the proposal, we were advised to return it to get the scratch removed. My fiancée did not even want to return it because of how pretty it was.
