Who Can Submit a DP Appeal?
1. The employer of the principal applicant (i.e. EP/SP holder) to whom DP belongs.
2. Authorized agent. When appealing, it is necessary to attach a signed letter from the authorized agent of the DP applicant.
MOM will not accept inquiries or appeals from applicants or others, except for the two categories mentioned above.
What Channel Can I Appeal Through?
An appeal request needs to be submitted online through the Employment Pass eService (formerly known as EP Online). Be careful! Before submitting an appeal, carefully consider the reasons for rejection and suggestions provided by MOM. Only by resolving the issues in the reasons for rejection can the appeal be successful, otherwise, the appeal result may be rejected again.
After the appeal is completed, you can log in to EP Online at any time to view the progress of the appeal.
