Singapore EXPO is close to the airport, making it easy for our attendees to travel to the conference. The location also has everything we needed in terms of meeting space and amenities for our conference needs, which was not the case for other locations we looked at. Additionally, the inclusive rate with AV, tea breaks, meeting space and more, made budgeting and planning very easy for our team. Working with the Singapore EXPO team went smoothly. Everyone was helpful and accommodating, especially when we had last-minute requests. AAAI looks forward to the opportunity to hold another conference at Singapore EXPO.. Singapore EXPO was prompt in answering queries that we had. We appreciated the time the team took to meet with us face to face prior to the event and for the detailed walk throughs. They were flexible in accommodating to last minute requests from us. The event management team was service-oriented and proactive on the event day in terms of communicating with the organising team, ensuring that the event went smoothly. On the AV side, we would like to commend the AV crew. They were prompt in responding to our questions in the lead up to the event, professional in the execution of their tasks and delivery. On AV production - it was a good experience overall working with the team, who were customer-centric in their approach. We would like to thank the team for proactively offering suggestions on managing production matters and being responsive to address queries, including acting swiftly when issues arise.
