CoEs function as internal consultants, focusing on: Developing and sharing best practices : CoEs research, analyze, and implement best practices within their domain. They create training programs and resources to disseminate this knowledge throughout the organization. Promoting standardization and consistency : CoEs establish standardized processes and methodologies to ensure consistency across departments and projects. Driving innovation and continuous improvement : CoEs play a crucial role in fostering innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance performance. Providing support and guidance : CoEs offer ongoing support and guidance to other departments on best practices, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new initiatives.
