The first file she sent only had the first poem formatted correctly. The rest of them had the titles of each poem jammed against the first line of the poem itself with no spacing. I don't know what professional would format it like that and think it looks good.\nIt also was not the font that I had clearly requested in the instructions. \nSo she fixed the spacing but she did not change the font, and then arbitrarily decided to send a PDF file instead of the Word file that I asked for. So the spacing was fixed, but it was still not the font I had requested and it was switched to a PDF instead of Word. \nI asked her once again to please put it in the requested font and convert it back to the requested format, which was Word.  \nShe finally delivered it quite late and then she delivered a READ ONLY document which is of no use to me, and when I told her the permissions needed to be changed she was confused. She clearly did not know that, as the creator of the document, SHE needed to change the permissions. She thought I could do it on my end. Then, when I was down to the wire and pressed for time, she ghosted me when she couldn’t figure out how to change the permissions and I missed my deadline. ALSO, statements like “I will feedback you shortly,” makes me think this was NOT a fluent English speaker, which she claimed to be. Fluent English speakers don’t make grammatical errors like that. Firstly I liked my resume but after I paid in advance and tipped and encouraged the resume -writer, Later the same day I requested for a cover letter with a good price because I had paid more than what we talked for the resume. She accepted and right away she charged me and never delivered me the cover letter. She said I had canceled it but even if I did their company charged me anyway. She charged me a resume with a high price although I said I didn’t afford more than a certain amount and she didn’t deliver my cover letter because she said: How can I deliver you when you have cancelled? Also they never refunded me the price for cover letter and finally I paid the double price of what I said I afforded. All of this happened because a recruiter told me I have to make a good resume and then later she disappeared. She did not deliver the simple thing I asked for and then ghosted me at the end. The assignment was extremely simple, to format a short poetry book for me which is one of the things she claims she could do expertly. The first file she sent only had the first poem formatted correctly. The rest of them had the titles of each poem jammed against the first line of the poem itself with no spacing. I don't know what professional would format it like that and think it looks good. It also was not the font that I had clearly requested in the instructions. So she fixed the spacing but she did not change the font, and then arbitrarily decided to send a PDF file instead of the Word file that I asked for. So the spacing was fixed, but it was still not the font I had requested and it was switched to a PDF instead of Word. I asked her once again to please put it in the requested font and convert it back to the requested format, which was Word. She finally delivered it quite late and then she delivered a READ ONLY document which is of no use to me, and when I told her the permissions needed to be changed she was confused. She clearly did not know that, as the creator of the document, SHE needed to change the permissions. She thought I could do it on my end. Then, when I was down to the wire and pressed for time, she ghosted me when she couldn’t figure out how to change the permissions and I missed my deadline. ALSO, statements like “I will feedback you shortly,” makes me think this was NOT a fluent English speaker, which she claimed to be. Fluent English speakers don’t make grammatical errors like that. She did not deliver the simple thing I asked for and then ghosted me at the end. The assignment was extremely simple, to format a short poetry book for me which is one of the things she claims she could do expertly. The first file she sent only had the first poem formatted correctly. The rest of them had the titles of each poem jammed against the first line of the poem itself with no spacing. I don't know what professional would format it like that and think it looks good. It also was not the font that I had clearly requested in the instructions. So she fixed the spacing but she did not change the font, and then arbitrarily decided to send a PDF file instead of the Word file that I asked for. So the spacing was fixed, but it was still not the font I had requested and it was switched to a PDF instead of Word. I asked her once again to please put it in the requested font and convert it back to the requested format, which was Word. She finally delivered it quite late and then she delivered a READ ONLY document which is of no use to me, and when I told her the permissions needed to be changed she was confused. She clearly did not know that, as the creator of the document, SHE needed to change the permissions. She thought I could do it on my end. Then, when I was down to the wire and pressed for time, she ghosted me when she couldn’t figure out how to change the permissions and I missed my deadline. ALSO, statements like “I will feedback you shortly,” makes me think this was NOT a fluent English speaker, which she claimed to be. Fluent English speakers don’t make grammatical errors like that. She did not deliver the simple thing I asked for and then ghosted me at the end. The assignment was extremely simple, to format a short poetry book for me which is one of the things she claims she could do expertly. The first file she sent only had the first poem formatted correctly. The rest of them had the titles of each poem jammed against the first line of the poem itself with no spacing. I don't know what professional would format it like that and think it looks good. It also was not the font that I had clearly requested in the instructions. So she fixed the spacing but she did not change the font, and then arbitrarily decided to send a PDF file instead of the Word file that I asked for. So the spacing was fixed, but it was still not the font I had requested and it was switched to a PDF instead of Word. I asked her once again to please put it in the requested font and convert it back to the requested format, which was Word. She finally delivered it quite late and then she delivered a READ ONLY document which is of no use to me, and when I told her the permissions needed to be changed she was confused. She clearly did not know that, as the creator of the document, SHE needed to change the permissions. She thought I could do it on my end. Then, when I was down to the wire and pressed for time, she ghosted me when she couldn’t figure out how to change the permissions and I missed my deadline. ALSO, statements like “I will feedback you shortly,” makes me think this was NOT a fluent English speaker, which she claimed to be. Fluent English speakers don’t make grammatical errors like that. Firstly I liked my resume but after I paid in advance and tipped and encouraged the resume -writer, Later the same day I requested for a cover letter with a good price because I had paid more than what we talked for the resume. She accepted and right away she charged me and never delivered me the cover letter. She said I had canceled it but even if I did their company charged me anyway. She charged me a resume with a high price although I said I didn’t afford more than a certain amount and she didn’t deliver my cover letter because she said: How can I deliver you when you have cancelled? Also they never refunded me the price for cover letter and finally I paid the double price of what I said I afforded.
