The announcement marks the fifth time the duo will be working together in the region. The 80-floor tower will have two "distinctive penthouses with sky pools" the company's press release said. Dar Global described the project as a "new icon" for the international city, which already features an impressive skyline that includes the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. The hotel and tower will offer suites, private lounges, personalized services as well as a resort-style pool for residents.
