The best time to trek/visit Everest Base Camp is during

on any given year. Trekking during

is highly not recommended due to monsoon season in Nepal, bad whether conditions and possibility of lots of flight cancellations.
How tough/difficult is Everest Base Camp trekking?
Everest Base Camp is classed as a
novice/beginners
trekking route. However, you will need to be in a good shape physically

. If you never have been exposed to high altitude before then elevating slowly is recommended which we follow in all our itineraries. It will be challenging for all novice trekkers but the fitter you are the more you can enjoy the trek and your holiday.

then there will be less travellers in that route and still visit Everest base camp.
