Readable Markdown	City will head into Wednesday's UEFA Champions League trip to Real Madrid full of confidence after a fantastic FA Cup triumph over Newcastle United. We face Los Blancos at 20:00 (UK) on Wednesday aiming to put us in a good position ahead of the Round of 16 second leg. Pep Guardiola’s side were in splendid form on Saturday ahead of this UCL test, with a clever finish from Savinho and double from Omar Marmoush securing a 3-1 win. With another big game on the horizon against a team we know all too well, it all points to an exciting head to head in Spain that will have fans reminiscing of previous clashes. First in our roundup of our best moments against Los Blancos, we head back to 2012/13 as we played out a 1-1 draw in the Group Stage at the Etihad. That’s followed up by a 4-3 victory in the semi-final during the 2021/22 season which saw Kevin De Bruyne, Gabriel Jesus, Phil Foden and Bernardo Silva on the scoresheet. We then finish things with another semi-final, this time in 2022/23 as City came out 4-0 winners in Manchester and progressed to the Champions League final in what must go down as one of our greatest ever nights.
