Shipping From Multiple Locations
To expedite delivery, Lowe’s may fulfill your order from separate locations. So, you may receive multiple packages or deliveries. There will be no additional costs, but you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement as items are fulfilled. These charges equal, but don’t exceed, the order total calculated on your receipt.
Your order may be delivered from your local Lowe’s store and/or shipped from the Lowes.com warehouse. So, all items in an order might not arrive on the same day. If you haven’t received all items within the time frame you requested, please contact a Lowe’s representative using the contact information at the bottom of this page.

Drywall Delivery Labor
For hand-carry to specific locations within the jobsite, the recommended charge is $2 per sheet. Select stores offer the Drywall Boom and Scatter program, which allows a vendor to deliver drywall to multiple levels of a home or business and other locations on the jobsite.
Appliance Delivery and Haul Away
We’ll haul away your old appliance for just $50 when you have your new one delivered. Select MyLowe’s Pro Rewards™ members receive free haul away.

## Truck Delivery Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect during my delivery?
1. Your driver will call you prior to arriving.
2. A delivery truck will arrive at the address you provided, and the driver will deliver your item(s) in the way you requested at the time of purchase or post-purchase.
3. If you choose, the driver will unpack your merchandise and remove the packaging material, so you can use your product immediately.

When will I be notified of my expected delivery time frame?
You’ll receive a delivery-notification email at least 72 hours before delivery and an email notifying you of the delivery-window time frame the night before the expected delivery. You can also sign up to receive SMS text messages.
Can I reschedule my delivery date?
You can reschedule a delivery up to 60 days ahead of time. Just select the **Order Status** link at the top right corner of Lowes.com, reference your order history or call your local store to reschedule delivery.
What do I do if I need additional assistance for my delivery?
