YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN (1974)
ï»ż
From the deep, dark recesses of the mind of Mel Brooks, we bring you YOUNG FRANKESTEIN
, a
monstrously
funny homage to the classic horror films of the 1930s.
Gene Wilder stars as Dr. Frederick Frankenstein (
âItâs pronounced Fronkensteen!â)
, a brilliant young scientist who inherits his grandfatherâs spooky castle in Transylvania and accidentally discovers the formula to bringing the dead back to life!
With the help of his wide-eyed assistant Igor (âThatâs
EYE
-gor!â), cheerful lab assistant Inga, and mysterious housekeeper Frau BlĂŒcher (
cue the horse whinny
), Dr. Frankenstein creates a scary but lovable monster played by none other than Peter Boyle. From secret passages and talking brains to musical numbers like âPuttinâ on the Ritz,â this black-and-white spoof of old monster movies is packed with iconic moments, rapid-fire wordplay, and affectionate satire.
Also starring Madaline Kahn, Marty Feldman, Teri Garr, and Cloris Leachman, YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN is a perfect afternoon treat for classic film lovers and comedy fans alike!
Newly added!Â
Catch
Fleischer Cartoon
âs Betty Boopâs Halloweâen Party (1933)Â before the feature!Â
Costumes are encouraged; family-friendly monsters, mad scientists, or vintage Hollywood ghouls are all welcome. Be sure to check our costume guidelines below.

YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN (1974)
ï»ż
**From the deep, dark recesses of the mind of Mel Brooks, we bring you YOUNG FRANKESTEIN****, a** ***monstrously* funny homage to the classic horror films of the 1930s.**
Gene Wilder stars as Dr. Frederick Frankenstein (*âItâs pronounced Fronkensteen!â)*, a brilliant young scientist who inherits his grandfatherâs spooky castle in Transylvania and accidentally discovers the formula to bringing the dead back to life\!
With the help of his wide-eyed assistant Igor (âThatâs *EYE*\-gor!â), cheerful lab assistant Inga, and mysterious housekeeper Frau BlĂŒcher (*cue the horse whinny*), Dr.
Also starring Madaline Kahn, Marty Feldman, Teri Garr, and Cloris Leachman, YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN is a perfect afternoon treat for classic film lovers and comedy fans alike\!
**Newly added\!** **Catch [Fleischer Cartoon](https://fleischertoons.com/)âs Betty Boopâs Halloweâen Party (1933) before the feature\!**
Costumes are encouraged; family-friendly monsters, mad scientists, or vintage Hollywood ghouls are all welcome. Be sure to check our costume guidelines below.
