Officers found 47-year-old Ray Anthony Kelly Jr. dead from an apparent gunshot wound. LCPD said Kelly was shot during an altercation with Harrison. Ray Anthony Kelly Jr., 47. (KPLC) The next morning, LCPD SWAT arrested Harrison at a home on Roy Road in Lake Charles. Harrison is being held at the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center on a $2 million bond. Officers found 47-year-old Ray Anthony Kelly Jr. dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
