Kingston’s Tele-ART service is approved for use by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Results are valid for pre-event and pre-departure tests in Singapore (if it fulfills on requirements of your destination country\). This includes the 15 minutes required for the ART test kit to produce a valid result. During this 15-minute waiting period, you are allowed to leave the view of the camera.
