Thank you 🙏\nNo frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment\nThe flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag\nFood was just okay, need to improve for other menu variations\nThe consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class\nWish the seat don’t have restrictions, can’t fully insert backpack all the way inside.\nThis777-300 is configured 2\/3\/2 for Biz class straight out of the 80s!!! Not to mention seats are narrow, bed does NOT FULLY RECLINE FLAT as advertised, and purser didn’t know that!! ARM REST HAS A REMOTE TABLET ON IT FURTHER CONFINING THE ALREADY NARROW SPACE!!! WHO thought this was a good design?? After flying the new A350-900 biz class Montreal to Dubai , this was a total let down!!\nMostly good and consistent of Emirates service. Christmas menu was great initiative and tasted good. Taking the bus from terminal to the plane spoilt the experience a little.\nI would have liked less packaged snacky stuff, more fruit. The crew was great.\nI take emirates because of direct flights Otherwise no Cabin crew niot friendly and never friendly across the airlines Planes old inside not renewd .. this is not an issue The issue is the poor service\nNo kids provided. Instead we were told to have contacted the airline that we have kids and require kids meals. We were not the only ones who inquired about kids meals. It’s odd. Emirates and other airlines give kids meals as standard and before the adult food comes out. The rice in our meals was gluggy and under cooked. The chicken was also raw. Sadly not the best experience with Finn Air. The hostesses tried to compensate with the snacks and drinks but missed the mark by a long way. Especially when paying Emirates\/Qantas prices\nThe flight from Beijing to Dubai was good. The flight from Dubai to Barcelona was excellent because of the staff on board.\nThey should resume the fast track for business \/ first class passengers\nWe arrived in line for check in at 6:15 p.m. but did not check in until 8:00 p.m. The line for economy check in was very long, and all of the desks 03-13 were not open, although most of them opened sporadically. The crew on board were very nice and helpful, friendly and kind. It has been many years since we flew Emirates (at least 17 years), and we notice that foot rests are no longer available in economy, but we were lucky enough to fly in the upper deck and appreciate your opening some of your flights to economy passengers in the upper deck. We will definitely fly on emirates more often! Thank you.\nBoarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.\nno problem with Emirates it was the underpricer subcontractor Who was ridiculous\nThe boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.\nThey lost my bag and I still have not received it\nCommunication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.\nNot consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)\nSafe and stable made me sleepy and I slept and dreamt 😂😂😂😂\nFood was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…\nI don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.\nWorst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.\nOur flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.\nExcellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat\/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.\nUnfortunately the flight was cancelled so I never got to go\nThe seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. The entertainment menu was limited. Flight crew was good.\nIt was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better\nFood quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem.\nBusiness class ticket should include lounge access and seat selection. The food quality and varieties should be more. It was surpirise that no dessert was offered.\nI liked the crew, the food and the foot space. I did not like the comfort of the seats.\nGood one but just notice that you have to ask several time to get water or coffee .\nNo entertainment except on app. No outlets working to charge. Good service\nGood flight. There were a few issues with the flat bed. It was some technical issues. Otherwise everything was good\nIt was fantastic. The flight from Chicago to Abu Dahbi was fantastic. The crew, food and service were amazing. Everything was handled by the crew member assigned to us , Nicholas, was usually done before we asked for it. Highly recommend Etihad!\nMore entertainment channels and better food, whatever food requirement you select.\nAs I mentioned flight from NY to Bangalore was excellent but the return flight from Bahrain to NYC was mediocre, Looks like a old aircraft also not much choice in entertainment.\nThe flight from NY to Bangalore was very good but the return flight from Bahrain to NY was mediocre\nPretty much what you'd expect for an economy flight. The crew were excellent as usual. The food was ok, but nothing special.\nStaff is rude and condescending. Airline is badly managed. They take away their flimsy earphones and blankets one hour before the lading. I’ve never experienced this with any other airline. It’s a very portly managed and run airline that should be avoided.\nThe Senior Flight attendant was just amazing on our Flight GF 284 on 30\/11\/25. She was so attentive, helpful and caring not just to us but to all in our cabin.\nLoading was on time and quick Not very many people\nAmazing business class in a single aisle plane. Fully flat seats, pyjamas, amenity kits, all in all a really complete product. Service was good - not amazing - but they did a good job. Got a few hours sleep. Will fly with them again if I can.\nThey flight was without ait conetion weather was very hot\nDid not have to leave plane. However found the wait tiring with nearly a full plane boarding at Male and being unable to get out of seat due to cleaners security and a full plane boarding with hand luggage. But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.\n\nOur flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.\n\nExcellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat\/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat\/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.\n\nUnfortunately the flight was cancelled so I never got to go\n\nThe seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. Emirates and other airlines give kids meals as standard and before the adult food comes out. The rice in our meals was gluggy and under cooked. The chicken was also raw. Sadly not the best experience with Finn Air. The hostesses tried to compensate with the snacks and drinks but missed the mark by a long way. Especially when paying Emirates/Qantas prices The flight from Beijing to Dubai was good. The flight from Dubai to Barcelona was excellent because of the staff on board. They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers We arrived in line for check in at 6:15 p.m. but did not check in until 8:00 p.m. The line for economy check in was very long, and all of the desks 03-13 were not open, although most of them opened sporadically. The crew on board were very nice and helpful, friendly and kind. It has been many years since we flew Emirates (at least 17 years), and we notice that foot rests are no longer available in economy, but we were lucky enough to fly in the upper deck and appreciate your opening some of your flights to economy passengers in the upper deck. Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness) Safe and stable made me sleepy and I slept and dreamt 😂😂😂😂 Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight… I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad. Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same. Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse. Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result. Readable Markdown	I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products. Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet. First time flying with Singapore airlines and I’ll give them two thumbs up 👍 👍 I find it was a bit hot before take off. If there is a way to improve the airflow it would be great Excellent service. I pre-ordered gluten intolerant meal and they handle it with care. They served me my meal before other people's to avoid crossed contamination. Thank you 🙏 No frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag Food was just okay, need to improve for other menu variations The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class Wish the seat don’t have restrictions, can’t fully insert backpack all the way inside. This777-300 is configured 2/3/2 for Biz class straight out of the 80s!!! Not to mention seats are narrow, bed does NOT FULLY RECLINE FLAT as advertised, and purser didn’t know that!! ARM REST HAS A REMOTE TABLET ON IT FURTHER CONFINING THE ALREADY NARROW SPACE!!! WHO thought this was a good design?? After flying the new A350-900 biz class Montreal to Dubai , this was a total let down!\! Mostly good and consistent of Emirates service. Christmas menu was great initiative and tasted good. Taking the bus from terminal to the plane spoilt the experience a little. I would have liked less packaged snacky stuff, more fruit. The crew was great. I take emirates because of direct flights Otherwise no Cabin crew niot friendly and never friendly across the airlines Planes old inside not renewd .. this is not an issue The issue is the poor service No kids provided. Instead we were told to have contacted the airline that we have kids and require kids meals. We were not the only ones who inquired about kids meals. It’s odd. Emirates and other airlines give kids meals as standard and before the adult food comes out. The rice in our meals was gluggy and under cooked. The chicken was also raw. Sadly not the best experience with Finn Air. The hostesses tried to compensate with the snacks and drinks but missed the mark by a long way. Especially when paying Emirates/Qantas prices The flight from Beijing to Dubai was good. The flight from Dubai to Barcelona was excellent because of the staff on board. They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers We arrived in line for check in at 6:15 p.m. but did not check in until 8:00 p.m. The line for economy check in was very long, and all of the desks 03-13 were not open, although most of them opened sporadically. The crew on board were very nice and helpful, friendly and kind. It has been many years since we flew Emirates (at least 17 years), and we notice that foot rests are no longer available in economy, but we were lucky enough to fly in the upper deck and appreciate your opening some of your flights to economy passengers in the upper deck. We will definitely fly on emirates more often! Thank you. Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs. no problem with Emirates it was the underpricer subcontractor Who was ridiculous The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies. They lost my bag and I still have not received it Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things. Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness) Safe and stable made me sleepy and I slept and dreamt 😂😂😂😂 Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight… I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad. Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same. Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse. Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result. Unfortunately the flight was cancelled so I never got to go The seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. The entertainment menu was limited. Flight crew was good. It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better Food quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem. Otherwise everything was good It was fantastic. The flight from Chicago to Abu Dahbi was fantastic. The crew, food and service were amazing. Everything was handled by the crew member assigned to us , Nicholas, was usually done before we asked for it. Highly recommend Etihad\! More entertainment channels and better food, whatever food requirement you select. As I mentioned flight from NY to Bangalore was excellent but the return flight from Bahrain to NYC was mediocre, Looks like a old aircraft also not much choice in entertainment. The food was ok, but nothing special. Staff is rude and condescending. Airline is badly managed. They take away their flimsy earphones and blankets one hour before the lading. I’ve never experienced this with any other airline. It’s a very portly managed and run airline that should be avoided. The Senior Flight attendant was just amazing on our Flight GF 284 on 30/11/25. She was so attentive, helpful and caring not just to us but to all in our cabin. Loading was on time and quick Not very many people Amazing business class in a single aisle plane. Fully flat seats, pyjamas, amenity kits, all in all a really complete product. Service was good - not amazing - but they did a good job. Got a few hours sleep. Will fly with them again if I can. They flight was without ait conetion weather was very hot Did not have to leave plane. However found the wait tiring with nearly a full plane boarding at Male and being unable to get out of seat due to cleaners security and a full plane boarding with hand luggage. Staff were excellent despite a long and tiring flight due to stopover.
