The stock soared 345% from an 18.28 buy point to a peak in February.\nThe stock has created few buy areas on its chart during that run. But, finally, it is forming a new base. Enlight has been consolidating for seven weeks and found support at the 10-week moving average. The next buy point is at 81.28.\nOn March 16, the company announced $304 million in financing for a\nsolar power project in Idaho\n.\nThe Crimson Orchard project is a solar power and energy storage plant that will provide 120 megawatts of energy and 400 megawatt-hours of storage capacity. The company expects to complete the 528-acre project in the first half of 2027 at a total cost of $326 million to $342 million.\nThe project should generate $27 million to $28 million in revenue and about $20 million to $21 million in EBITDA in the first full year of operation. It\nhas a formidable rival\nin\nNvidia\n(\nNVDA\n). Both companies are targeting an emerging market for networking technology that connects clusters of AI servers in cloud-computing data centers.\nIn January, UBS named Arista a top pick for 2026.\nThe company will announce first-quarter earnings on May 5 after the close. A Rosenblatt analyst on Tuesday upgraded Arista to buy from hold and raised the price target to 180 from 165. Arista\nwill top consensus estimates\nfor 2026 revenue growth, thanks to new data center orders from Google, the analyst said.\nArista is forming a cup base with an early entry at 151.80. The stock has a 93 Composite Rating, tops in the networking industry group. Of 30 analysts covering the company, 97% have buy or outperform ratings.\nSterling Infrastructure Earnings\nSterling Infrastructure\n(\nSTRL\n) stock is forming an undefined base with a 477.03 buy point after holding support at the 50-day line.\nThe heavy construction company has the highest EPS Rating (99) in its industry group, following accelerating earnings gains of 30%, 41%, 58% and 78% the past four quarters, according to\nMarketSurge\n. It also has the highest Composite Rating (99) in the group.\nWhile the company works on highways, bridges and other typical civil projects, its largest and highest-margin business is data centers and other tech-related construction. In the third quarter, revenue from the data center market grew more than 125% year over year. The company says its backlog and other expected work in tech infrastructure totals about $3 billion, much of it in data centers.\nAnalysts say rising power demand from data centers and manufacturing reshoring, combined with increasing utility capital spending, is driving record backlogs.\nSterling Infrastructure has guided full-year adjusted EPS of $10.35-$10.52.\nOnly six analysts cover Sterling, and all have buy or outperform recommendations. The average price target is 491.40, according to FactSet.\nFabrinet Earnings\nFabrinet stock is trying to break out of a base with a 632.99 buy point. The stock held support at the 10-week moving average and the\nrelative strength line\nis near new highs. Both are positive signs.\nDecember-ended quarter earnings rose 29% to $3.36 per share on sales of $1.13 billion, a 36% increase, according to MarketSurge, with both showing accelerating growth yet again.\nFabrinet sees first-quarter EPS of $3.45-$3.60, indicating another quarter of faster year-over-year growth. Its revenue target of $1.15 billion to $1.2 billion would maintain the rapid sales pace.\nFabrinet, the No. 1 stock in the contract manufacturing industry, makes optical communications gear, a method of sending data over long distances with high-speed light pulses. Fabrinet also produces optical modules that are essential for AI data centers.\nPhotonics, a light-based technology, is an underappreciated bottleneck in the AI stack, Yardeni Research said in a March 23 report. Data transfer speeds are \"becoming a limiting factor, increasing the importance of optical components and materials.\"\nCompanies such as Fabrinet are key suppliers for high-speed data transmission. \"These segments are characterized by concentrated supply chains and slow capacity expansion, creating the potential for significant operational leverage as utilization rises,\" Yardeni added.\nOf 11 analysts who cover Fabrinet, 10 have buy or outperform recommendations. The other has a hold rating. Analysts at Rosenblatt Securities and Northland Securities in February raised their price targets to 715 and 700, the highest estimates.\nComfort Systems Earnings\nComfort Systems\n(\nFIX\n) climbed to a record high this week, breaking out above a 1,500 buy point. The buy zone goes to 1,575.\nThe company\nblew by estimates in February\n, as a $2.6 billion jump in its order backlog indicated that growth will continue.\nComfort's outstanding growth comes as data center construction drives demand for the cooling and heating company. In its previous quarterly report, it cited \"unprecedented demand\" that made its backlog grow to over $9 billion for the first time, and $3.4 billion higher than when 2025 began. The company\ntargets technology and pharmaceutical markets\n, led by the U.S. onshoring trend.\nThe company has posted accelerating EPS gains of 67%, 75%, 102% and 129% the past four quarters, sending its EPS Rating to a pristine 99. That's among the highest in IBD's air conditioning and heating products industry group. Comfort Systems also has one of the highest Composite Ratings in its industry group, at 99.\nOf nine analysts covering the company, seven have top recommendations and the rest have hold ratings.\nComfort Sytems is in\nIBD Leaderboard\n.\nCelestica Leads Industry Group\nCelestica\n(\nCLS\n) has the highest EPS Rating (99) in the contract manufacturing industry group, which ranks in the top 40 of 197 groups.\nThe Toronto-based company reported Jan. 28 fourth-quarter earnings of $1.89 a share, a 70% increase, on sales of $3.654 billion, up 44%. The consensus EPS estimate was $1.68 on sales of $3.506 billion.\nShares sold off the next day as the company's operating-margin forecast for 2026 was unchanged, despite that it raised its revenue and profit outlook. That alarmed some analysts.\nThere's heavy demand for Celestica's rack integration services for data centers and the connectivity gear that handles AI workloads. The company\nis a key supplier for hyperscalers\nsuch as\nAlphabet\n(\nGOOGL\n) and\nMeta Platforms\n(\nMETA\n).\nCelestica also has partnerships with\nBroadcom\n(\nAVGO\n),\nAdvanced Micro Devices\n(\nAMD\n),\nIntel\n(\nINTC\n) and others for various products.\nTwenty of the 22 analysts covering Celestica, 20 have buy or overweight ratings and the rest have hold ratings. The stock is holding above that level.\nThe retail chain on March 18 reported January-quarter adjusted earnings of $4.31 a share, a year-over-year increase of 24%. Sales also jumped 24% to $1.73 billion. Results\nbeat analysts' estimates\n. Same-store sales rose 15.4%, also above views.\nThe company's outlook implied a deceleration in the second half of the year. But UBS analyst Michael Lasser still saw a bullish undercurrents.\n\"Importantly, it's not benefiting from one trend. Rather, it's seeing the fruits of its labor,\" said Lasser, who raised the price target to 285 from 255. \"It's benefiting from its refreshed merchandising and marketing initiatives. As such, it continues to see broad-based strength moving into 2026.\"\nChief Financial Officer Dan Sullivan said the company's guidance is guarded because of uncertainty over the U.S. consumer. Enlight has been consolidating for seven weeks and found support at the 10-week moving average. The next buy point is at 81.28.\n\nOn March 16, the company announced \\$304 million in financing for a [solar power project in Idaho](https:\/\/www.investors.com\/news\/solar-energy-renewable-energy-entl-stock-crude-oil\/).\n\nThe Crimson Orchard project is a solar power and energy storage plant that will provide 120 megawatts of energy and 400 megawatt-hours of storage capacity. The company expects to complete the 528-acre project in the first half of 2027 at a total cost of \\$326 million to \\$342 million.\n\nThe project should generate \\$27 million to \\$28 million in revenue and about \\$20 million to \\$21 million in EBITDA in the first full year of operation. Both companies are targeting an emerging market for networking technology that connects clusters of AI servers in cloud-computing data centers.\n\nIn January, UBS named Arista a top pick for 2026.\n\nThe company will announce first-quarter earnings on May 5 after the close. A Rosenblatt analyst on Tuesday upgraded Arista to buy from hold and raised the price target to 180 from 165. Arista [will top consensus estimates](https:\/\/www.investors.com\/news\/technology\/arista-stock-anet-rosenblatt-upgrade-buy-google\/) for 2026 revenue growth, thanks to new data center orders from Google, the analyst said.\n\nArista is forming a cup base with an early entry at 151.80. It also has the highest Composite Rating (99) in the group.\n\nWhile the company works on highways, bridges and other typical civil projects, its largest and highest-margin business is data centers and other tech-related construction. In the third quarter, revenue from the data center market grew more than 125% year over year. The company says its backlog and other expected work in tech infrastructure totals about \\$3 billion, much of it in data centers.\n\nAnalysts say rising power demand from data centers and manufacturing reshoring, combined with increasing utility capital spending, is driving record backlogs.\n\nSterling Infrastructure has guided full-year adjusted EPS of \\$10.35-\\$10.52.\n\nOnly six analysts cover Sterling, and all have buy or outperform recommendations. The average price target is 491.40, according to FactSet.\n\n## Fabrinet Earnings\nFabrinet stock is trying to break out of a base with a 632.99 buy point. The stock held support at the 10-week moving average and the [relative strength line](https:\/\/www.investors.com\/how-to-invest\/investors-corner\/relative-strength-line-is-a-simple-yet-effective-stock-indicator\/) is near new highs. Both are positive signs.\n\nDecember-ended quarter earnings rose 29% to \\$3.36 per share on sales of \\$1.13 billion, a 36% increase, according to MarketSurge, with both showing accelerating growth yet again.\n\nFabrinet sees first-quarter EPS of \\$3.45-\\$3.60, indicating another quarter of faster year-over-year growth. Its revenue target of \\$1.15 billion to \\$1.2 billion would maintain the rapid sales pace.\n\nFabrinet, the No. 1 stock in the contract manufacturing industry, makes optical communications gear, a method of sending data over long distances with high-speed light pulses. Fabrinet also produces optical modules that are essential for AI data centers.\n\nPhotonics, a light-based technology, is an underappreciated bottleneck in the AI stack, Yardeni Research said in a March 23 report. The other has a hold rating. Analysts at Rosenblatt Securities and Northland Securities in February raised their price targets to 715 and 700, the highest estimates.\n\n## Comfort Systems Earnings\n**Comfort Systems** ([FIX](https:\/\/research.investors.com\/quote.aspx?symbol=FIX)) climbed to a record high this week, breaking out above a 1,500 buy point. The buy zone goes to 1,575.\n\nThe company [blew by estimates in February](https:\/\/www.investors.com\/news\/ai-stocks-halo-trade-microsoft-google-amazon-oracle-meta-wall-street\/), as a \\$2.6 billion jump in its order backlog indicated that growth will continue.\n\nComfort's outstanding growth comes as data center construction drives demand for the cooling and heating company. In its previous quarterly report, it cited \"unprecedented demand\" that made its backlog grow to over \\$9 billion for the first time, and \\$3.4 billion higher than when 2025 began. The company [targets technology and pharmaceutical markets](https:\/\/www.investors.com\/research\/ibd-stock-of-the-day\/comfort-systems-stock-fix-stock-gaps-above-buy-point\/), led by the U.S. onshoring trend.\n\nThe company has posted accelerating EPS gains of 67%, 75%, 102% and 129% the past four quarters, sending its EPS Rating to a pristine 99. That's among the highest in IBD's air conditioning and heating products industry group. Comfort Systems also has one of the highest Composite Ratings in its industry group, at 99.\n\nOf nine analysts covering the company, seven have top recommendations and the rest have hold ratings.\n\nComfort Sytems is in [IBD Leaderboard](https:\/\/leaderboard.investors.com\/#\/leaders\/leadersnearabuypoint).\n\n## Celestica Leads Industry Group\n**Celestica** ([CLS](https:\/\/research.investors.com\/quote.aspx?symbol=CLS)) has the highest EPS Rating (99) in the contract manufacturing industry group, which ranks in the top 40 of 197 groups.\n\nThe Toronto-based company reported Jan. 28 fourth-quarter earnings of \\$1.89 a share, a 70% increase, on sales of \\$3.654 billion, up 44%. The consensus EPS estimate was \\$1.68 on sales of \\$3.506 billion.\n\nShares sold off the next day as the company's operating-margin forecast for 2026 was unchanged, despite that it raised its revenue and profit outlook. That alarmed some analysts.\n\nThere's heavy demand for Celestica's rack integration services for data centers and the connectivity gear that handles AI workloads. Celestica will report Q1 results April 27 after the close.\n\nThe stock climbed back above the 50-day line last month and continues to form a base with a 363.40 buy point. Shares have successfully bounced off the 200-day line.\n\n## Five Below Stock\n**Five Below** ([FIVE](https:\/\/research.investors.com\/quote.aspx?symbol=FIVE)) is the No. 1 ranked discount retailer, and it is trading near all-time highs.\n\nThe stock has climbed for 12 straight months — a stretch in which its share price soared about 200%. Shares bounced March 19 from a modest pullback to the 10-week moving average and cleared a trendline with an early entry around 215. The stock is holding above that level.\n\nThe retail chain on March 18 reported January-quarter adjusted earnings of \\$4.31 a share, a year-over-year increase of 24%. Sales also jumped 24% to \\$1.73 billion. Results [beat analysts' estimates](https:\/\/www.investors.com\/news\/five-below-earnings-q4-2025-outlook-comparable-sales-five-stock-rally\/). Same-store sales rose 15.4%, also above views.\n\nThe company's outlook implied a deceleration in the second half of the year. But UBS analyst Michael Lasser still saw a bullish undercurrents.\n\n\"Importantly, it's not benefiting from one trend. Rather, it's seeing the fruits of its labor,\" said Lasser, who raised the price target to 285 from 255. \"It's benefiting from its refreshed merchandising and marketing initiatives. As such, it continues to see broad-based strength moving into 2026.\"\n\nChief Financial Officer Dan Sullivan said the company's guidance is guarded because of uncertainty over the U.S. consumer. Also, the company is coming up against some tough year-ago comparisons.\n\nOf 26 analysts who cover the company, 16 have buy or outperform ratings and the rest have hold recommendations. Several analysts raised their price targets since the earnings report. A Rosenblatt analyst on Tuesday upgraded Arista to buy from hold and raised the price target to 180 from 165. Arista will top consensus estimates for 2026 revenue growth, thanks to new data center orders from Google, the analyst said. Arista is forming a cup base with an early entry at 151.80. The stock has a 93 Composite Rating, tops in the networking industry group. Of 30 analysts covering the company, 97% have buy or outperform ratings. Sterling Infrastructure Earnings Sterling Infrastructure ( STRL ) stock is forming an undefined base with a 477.03 buy point after holding support at the 50-day line. The heavy construction company has the highest EPS Rating (99) in its industry group, following accelerating earnings gains of 30%, 41%, 58% and 78% the past four quarters, according to MarketSurge . It also has the highest Composite Rating (99) in the group. While the company works on highways, bridges and other typical civil projects, its largest and highest-margin business is data centers and other tech-related construction. In the third quarter, revenue from the data center market grew more than 125% year over year. The company says its backlog and other expected work in tech infrastructure totals about $3 billion, much of it in data centers. Analysts say rising power demand from data centers and manufacturing reshoring, combined with increasing utility capital spending, is driving record backlogs. The average price target is 491.40, according to FactSet. Fabrinet Earnings Fabrinet stock is trying to break out of a base with a 632.99 buy point. The stock held support at the 10-week moving average and the relative strength line is near new highs. Both are positive signs. December-ended quarter earnings rose 29% to $3.36 per share on sales of $1.13 billion, a 36% increase, according to MarketSurge, with both showing accelerating growth yet again. Fabrinet sees first-quarter EPS of $3.45-$3.60, indicating another quarter of faster year-over-year growth. Its revenue target of $1.15 billion to $1.2 billion would maintain the rapid sales pace. Fabrinet, the No. 1 stock in the contract manufacturing industry, makes optical communications gear, a method of sending data over long distances with high-speed light pulses. Fabrinet also produces optical modules that are essential for AI data centers. Comfort Systems Earnings Comfort Systems ( FIX ) climbed to a record high this week, breaking out above a 1,500 buy point. The buy zone goes to 1,575. The company blew by estimates in February , as a $2.6 billion jump in its order backlog indicated that growth will continue. Comfort's outstanding growth comes as data center construction drives demand for the cooling and heating company. In its previous quarterly report, it cited "unprecedented demand" that made its backlog grow to over $9 billion for the first time, and $3.4 billion higher than when 2025 began. The company targets technology and pharmaceutical markets , led by the U.S. onshoring trend. The company has posted accelerating EPS gains of 67%, 75%, 102% and 129% the past four quarters, sending its EPS Rating to a pristine 99. That's among the highest in IBD's air conditioning and heating products industry group. Comfort Systems also has one of the highest Composite Ratings in its industry group, at 99. Of nine analysts covering the company, seven have top recommendations and the rest have hold ratings. Comfort Sytems is in IBD Leaderboard . Celestica Leads Industry Group Celestica ( CLS ) has the highest EPS Rating (99) in the contract manufacturing industry group, which ranks in the top 40 of 197 groups. The Toronto-based company reported Jan. 28 fourth-quarter earnings of $1.89 a share, a 70% increase, on sales of $3.654 billion, up 44%. The consensus EPS estimate was $1.68 on sales of $3.506 billion. Shares sold off the next day as the company's operating-margin forecast for 2026 was unchanged, despite that it raised its revenue and profit outlook. That alarmed some analysts. There's heavy demand for Celestica's rack integration services for data centers and the connectivity gear that handles AI workloads. The company is a key supplier for hyperscalers such as Alphabet ( GOOGL ) and Meta Platforms ( META ). Celestica also has partnerships with Broadcom ( AVGO ), Advanced Micro Devices ( AMD ), Intel ( INTC ) and others for various products. Twenty of the 22 analysts covering Celestica, 20 have buy or overweight ratings and the rest have hold ratings. Celestica will report Q1 results April 27 after the close. The stock climbed back above the 50-day line last month and continues to form a base with a 363.40 buy point. Shares have successfully bounced off the 200-day line. Five Below Stock Five Below ( FIVE ) is the No. 1 ranked discount retailer, and it is trading near all-time highs. The stock has climbed for 12 straight months — a stretch in which its share price soared about 200%. Shares bounced March 19 from a modest pullback to the 10-week moving average and cleared a trendline with an early entry around 215. The stock is holding above that level. The retail chain on March 18 reported January-quarter adjusted earnings of $4.31 a share, a year-over-year increase of 24%. Sales also jumped 24% to $1.73 billion. Results beat analysts' estimates . Same-store sales rose 15.4%, also above views. The company's outlook implied a deceleration in the second half of the year. But UBS analyst Michael Lasser still saw a bullish undercurrents. "Importantly, it's not benefiting from one trend. Rather, it's seeing the fruits of its labor," said Lasser, who raised the price target to 285 from 255. The heavy construction company has the highest EPS Rating (99) in its industry group, following accelerating earnings gains of 30%, 41%, 58% and 78% the past four quarters, according to [MarketSurge](https://get.investors.com/marketsurge/?artProdLink=MarketSurge). It also has the highest Composite Rating (99) in the group. While the company works on highways, bridges and other typical civil projects, its largest and highest-margin business is data centers and other tech-related construction. In the third quarter, revenue from the data center market grew more than 125% year over year. The company says its backlog and other expected work in tech infrastructure totals about \$3 billion, much of it in data centers. Analysts say rising power demand from data centers and manufacturing reshoring, combined with increasing utility capital spending, is driving record backlogs. Sterling Infrastructure has guided full-year adjusted EPS of \$10.35-\$10.52. Only six analysts cover Sterling, and all have buy or outperform recommendations. The average price target is 491.40, according to FactSet. ## Fabrinet Earnings Fabrinet stock is trying to break out of a base with a 632.99 buy point. The stock held support at the 10-week moving average and the [relative strength line](https://www.investors.com/how-to-invest/investors-corner/relative-strength-line-is-a-simple-yet-effective-stock-indicator/) is near new highs. Both are positive signs. December-ended quarter earnings rose 29% to \$3.36 per share on sales of \$1.13 billion, a 36% increase, according to MarketSurge, with both showing accelerating growth yet again. Fabrinet sees first-quarter EPS of \$3.45-\$3.60, indicating another quarter of faster year-over-year growth. Its revenue target of \$1.15 billion to \$1.2 billion would maintain the rapid sales pace. Fabrinet, the No. 1 stock in the contract manufacturing industry, makes optical communications gear, a method of sending data over long distances with high-speed light pulses. Fabrinet also produces optical modules that are essential for AI data centers. Photonics, a light-based technology, is an underappreciated bottleneck in the AI stack, Yardeni Research said in a March 23 report. Data transfer speeds are "becoming a limiting factor, increasing the importance of optical components and materials." Companies such as Fabrinet are key suppliers for high-speed data transmission. "These segments are characterized by concentrated supply chains and slow capacity expansion, creating the potential for significant operational leverage as utilization rises," Yardeni added. Of 11 analysts who cover Fabrinet, 10 have buy or outperform recommendations. The other has a hold rating. Analysts at Rosenblatt Securities and Northland Securities in February raised their price targets to 715 and 700, the highest estimates. ## Comfort Systems Earnings Comfort Systems ([FIX](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=FIX)) climbed to a record high this week, breaking out above a 1,500 buy point. The buy zone goes to 1,575. The company [blew by estimates in February](https://www.investors.com/news/ai-stocks-halo-trade-microsoft-google-amazon-oracle-meta-wall-street/), as a \$2.6 billion jump in its order backlog indicated that growth will continue. Comfort's outstanding growth comes as data center construction drives demand for the cooling and heating company. In its previous quarterly report, it cited "unprecedented demand" that made its backlog grow to over \$9 billion for the first time, and \$3.4 billion higher than when 2025 began. The company [targets technology and pharmaceutical markets](https://www.investors.com/research/ibd-stock-of-the-day/comfort-systems-stock-fix-stock-gaps-above-buy-point/), led by the U.S. onshoring trend. The company has posted accelerating EPS gains of 67%, 75%, 102% and 129% the past four quarters, sending its EPS Rating to a pristine 99. That's among the highest in IBD's air conditioning and heating products industry group. Comfort Systems also has one of the highest Composite Ratings in its industry group, at 99. Of nine analysts covering the company, seven have top recommendations and the rest have hold ratings. Comfort Sytems is in [IBD Leaderboard](https://leaderboard.investors.com/#/leaders/leadersnearabuypoint). ## Celestica Leads Industry Group Celestica** ([CLS](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=CLS)) has the highest EPS Rating (99) in the contract manufacturing industry group, which ranks in the top 40 of 197 groups. The Toronto-based company reported Jan. 28 fourth-quarter earnings of \$1.89 a share, a 70% increase, on sales of \$3.654 billion, up 44%. The consensus EPS estimate was \$1.68 on sales of \$3.506 billion. Shares sold off the next day as the company's operating-margin forecast for 2026 was unchanged, despite that it raised its revenue and profit outlook. That alarmed some analysts. There's heavy demand for Celestica's rack integration services for data centers and the connectivity gear that handles AI workloads. The company [is a key supplier for hyperscalers](https://www.investors.com/research/the-new-america/celestica-ai-data-centers-hyperscalers-fuel-major-rally-more-growth-ahead/?_gl=11t30e03_gcl_auMTM0NTA3MS4xNzY0NzA1ODExLjE4ODU3MjgwNDguMTc2NjU5NjY4Ny4xNzY2NTk3MDY2_gaNzEyNDQwOTIuMTc0NzUxMjkyMA.._ga_K2H7B9JRSSczE3NjY1OTM1ODEkbzI3MSRnMSR0MTc2NjU5NzQ3OCRqNTckbDEkaDE3MTQ0MDQ5ODY.) such as Alphabet* ([GOOGL](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=GOOGL)) and Meta Platforms ([META](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=META)). Celestica also has partnerships with Broadcom ([AVGO](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=AVGO)), Advanced Micro Devices ([AMD](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=AMD)), Intel ([INTC](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=INTC)) and others for various products. Twenty of the 22 analysts covering Celestica, 20 have buy or overweight ratings and the rest have hold ratings. Celestica will report Q1 results April 27 after the close. The stock climbed back above the 50-day line last month and continues to form a base with a 363.40 buy point. Shares have successfully bounced off the 200-day line. ## Five Below Stock Five Below ([FIVE](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=FIVE)) is the No. 1 ranked discount retailer, and it is trading near all-time highs. The stock has climbed for 12 straight months — a stretch in which its share price soared about 200%. Shares bounced March 19 from a modest pullback to the 10-week moving average and cleared a trendline with an early entry around 215. The stock is holding above that level. The retail chain on March 18 reported January-quarter adjusted earnings of \$4.31 a share, a year-over-year increase of 24%. Sales also jumped 24% to \$1.73 billion. Results [beat analysts' estimates](https://www.investors.com/news/five-below-earnings-q4-2025-outlook-comparable-sales-five-stock-rally/). Same-store sales rose 15.4%, also above views. The company's outlook implied a deceleration in the second half of the year. But UBS analyst Michael Lasser still saw a bullish undercurrents. "Importantly, it's not benefiting from one trend. Rather, it's seeing the fruits of its labor," said Lasser, who raised the price target to 285 from 255. "It's benefiting from its refreshed merchandising and marketing initiatives. As such, it continues to see broad-based strength moving into 2026." Chief Financial Officer Dan Sullivan said the company's guidance is guarded because of uncertainty over the U.S. consumer. Also, the company is coming up against some tough year-ago comparisons. Of 26 analysts who cover the company, 16 have buy or outperform ratings and the rest have hold recommendations. Several analysts raised their price targets since the earnings report. The stock soared 345% from an 18.28 buy point to a peak in February. The stock has created few buy areas on its chart during that run. But, finally, it is forming a new base. Enlight has been consolidating for seven weeks and found support at the 10-week moving average. The next buy point is at 81.28. On March 16, the company announced \$304 million in financing for a [solar power project in Idaho](https://www.investors.com/news/solar-energy-renewable-energy-entl-stock-crude-oil/). The Crimson Orchard project is a solar power and energy storage plant that will provide 120 megawatts of energy and 400 megawatt-hours of storage capacity. The company expects to complete the 528-acre project in the first half of 2027 at a total cost of \$326 million to \$342 million. The project should generate \$27 million to \$28 million in revenue and about \$20 million to \$21 million in EBITDA in the first full year of operation. It will provide power to more than 25,000 Idaho homes, according to the Israel-based company. Enlight Renewable Energy's earnings soared 436% in Q1 of 2025, fell 83% the next quarter, then recovered 33% and 150% the two most recent quarters, according to [IBD MarketSurge](https://get.investors.com/marketsurge/?artProdLink=MarketSurge). Fourth-quarter earnings topped estimates, and the company raised 2026 revenue guidance, with artificial intelligence-related sales expected to double. It raised its full-year revenue growth outlook from 20% to 25%. Arista sells computer network switches that speed up communications in internet data centers. It [has a formidable rival](https://www.investors.com/news/technology/arista-stock-anet-earnings-2026-outlook/) in Nvidia ([NVDA](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=NVDA)). Both companies are targeting an emerging market for networking technology that connects clusters of AI servers in cloud-computing data centers. In January, UBS named Arista a top pick for 2026. The company will announce first-quarter earnings on May 5 after the close. A Rosenblatt analyst on Tuesday upgraded Arista to buy from hold and raised the price target to 180 from 165. Arista [will top consensus estimates](https://www.investors.com/news/technology/arista-stock-anet-rosenblatt-upgrade-buy-google/) for 2026 revenue growth, thanks to new data center orders from Google, the analyst said. Of 30 analysts covering the company, 97% have buy or outperform ratings. ## Sterling Infrastructure Earnings Sterling Infrastructure ([STRL](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=STRL)) stock is forming an undefined base with a 477.03 buy point after holding support at the 50-day line. The heavy construction company has the highest EPS Rating (99) in its industry group, following accelerating earnings gains of 30%, 41%, 58% and 78% the past four quarters, according to [MarketSurge](https://get.investors.com/marketsurge/?artProdLink=MarketSurge). It also has the highest Composite Rating (99) in the group. While the company works on highways, bridges and other typical civil projects, its largest and highest-margin business is data centers and other tech-related construction. In the third quarter, revenue from the data center market grew more than 125% year over year. The company says its backlog and other expected work in tech infrastructure totals about \$3 billion, much of it in data centers. Analysts say rising power demand from data centers and manufacturing reshoring, combined with increasing utility capital spending, is driving record backlogs. Sterling Infrastructure has guided full-year adjusted EPS of \$10.35-\$10.52. Only six analysts cover Sterling, and all have buy or outperform recommendations. The average price target is 491.40, according to FactSet. ## Fabrinet Earnings Fabrinet stock is trying to break out of a base with a 632.99 buy point. The stock held support at the 10-week moving average and the [relative strength line](https://www.investors.com/how-to-invest/investors-corner/relative-strength-line-is-a-simple-yet-effective-stock-indicator/) is near new highs. Both are positive signs. December-ended quarter earnings rose 29% to \$3.36 per share on sales of \$1.13 billion, a 36% increase, according to MarketSurge, with both showing accelerating growth yet again. Fabrinet sees first-quarter EPS of \$3.45-\$3.60, indicating another quarter of faster year-over-year growth. Its revenue target of \$1.15 billion to \$1.2 billion would maintain the rapid sales pace. Fabrinet, the No. 1 stock in the contract manufacturing industry, makes optical communications gear, a method of sending data over long distances with high-speed light pulses. Fabrinet also produces optical modules that are essential for AI data centers. Photonics, a light-based technology, is an underappreciated bottleneck in the AI stack, Yardeni Research said in a March 23 report. Data transfer speeds are "becoming a limiting factor, increasing the importance of optical components and materials." Companies such as Fabrinet are key suppliers for high-speed data transmission. "These segments are characterized by concentrated supply chains and slow capacity expansion, creating the potential for significant operational leverage as utilization rises," Yardeni added. Of 11 analysts who cover Fabrinet, 10 have buy or outperform recommendations. The other has a hold rating. Analysts at Rosenblatt Securities and Northland Securities in February raised their price targets to 715 and 700, the highest estimates. ## Comfort Systems Earnings Comfort Systems ([FIX](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=FIX)) climbed to a record high this week, breaking out above a 1,500 buy point. The buy zone goes to 1,575. The company [blew by estimates in February](https://www.investors.com/news/ai-stocks-halo-trade-microsoft-google-amazon-oracle-meta-wall-street/), as a \$2.6 billion jump in its order backlog indicated that growth will continue. Comfort's outstanding growth comes as data center construction drives demand for the cooling and heating company. In its previous quarterly report, it cited "unprecedented demand" that made its backlog grow to over \$9 billion for the first time, and \$3.4 billion higher than when 2025 began. The company [targets technology and pharmaceutical markets](https://www.investors.com/research/ibd-stock-of-the-day/comfort-systems-stock-fix-stock-gaps-above-buy-point/), led by the U.S. onshoring trend. The company has posted accelerating EPS gains of 67%, 75%, 102% and 129% the past four quarters, sending its EPS Rating to a pristine 99. That's among the highest in IBD's air conditioning and heating products industry group. Comfort Systems also has one of the highest Composite Ratings in its industry group, at 99. Of nine analysts covering the company, seven have top recommendations and the rest have hold ratings. Comfort Sytems is in [IBD Leaderboard](https://leaderboard.investors.com/#/leaders/leadersnearabuypoint). ## Celestica Leads Industry Group Celestica ([CLS](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=CLS)) has the highest EPS Rating (99) in the contract manufacturing industry group, which ranks in the top 40 of 197 groups. The Toronto-based company reported Jan. 28 fourth-quarter earnings of \$1.89 a share, a 70% increase, on sales of \$3.654 billion, up 44%. The consensus EPS estimate was \$1.68 on sales of \$3.506 billion. Shares sold off the next day as the company's operating-margin forecast for 2026 was unchanged, despite that it raised its revenue and profit outlook. That alarmed some analysts. There's heavy demand for Celestica's rack integration services for data centers and the connectivity gear that handles AI workloads. Twenty of the 22 analysts covering Celestica, 20 have buy or overweight ratings and the rest have hold ratings. Celestica will report Q1 results April 27 after the close. The stock climbed back above the 50-day line last month and continues to form a base with a 363.40 buy point. Shares have successfully bounced off the 200-day line. ## Five Below Stock Five Below ([FIVE](https://research.investors.com/quote.aspx?symbol=FIVE)) is the No. 1 ranked discount retailer, and it is trading near all-time highs. The stock has climbed for 12 straight months — a stretch in which its share price soared about 200%. Shares bounced March 19 from a modest pullback to the 10-week moving average and cleared a trendline with an early entry around 215. The stock is holding above that level. The retail chain on March 18 reported January-quarter adjusted earnings of \$4.31 a share, a year-over-year increase of 24%. Sales also jumped 24% to \$1.73 billion. Results [beat analysts' estimates](https://www.investors.com/news/five-below-earnings-q4-2025-outlook-comparable-sales-five-stock-rally/). Same-store sales rose 15.4%, also above views. The company's outlook implied a deceleration in the second half of the year. But UBS analyst Michael Lasser still saw a bullish undercurrents. "Importantly, it's not benefiting from one trend. Rather, it's seeing the fruits of its labor," said Lasser, who raised the price target to 285 from 255. "It's benefiting from its refreshed merchandising and marketing initiatives. As such, it continues to see broad-based strength moving into 2026." Chief Financial Officer Dan Sullivan said the company's guidance is guarded because of uncertainty over the U.S. consumer. Also, the company is coming up against some tough year-ago comparisons. Of 26 analysts who cover the company, 16 have buy or outperform ratings and the rest have hold recommendations. Several analysts raised their price targets since the earnings report.
