Then go to the edge of the dough ball and pull toward the center the width of where the crust would end and push down slightly with your fingers. Turn the dough and repeat again and again until you have the crust all around the dough. Next, turn over the dough and using your fingers, smooth over where your indentions from the other side formed, going around to complete the full circle. Now is the fun part. You could practice this using a damp wash cloth. Take the dough into one and and then toss it into the other hand, while you are pulling at the edge of the dough to stretch it with the first hand. Now, you are going to take the dough that's in your second hand and toss it to the first hand while pulling at the edge of the dough with the second hand. Continue to do this, slightly turning your dough each time and pulling on the bottom part to stretch it out. If you tear the dough, don't worry, just pinch the hole closed when you have it laid out on the pan. The more practice you do, the easier it will be and you won't tear the dough. Alternatively, after forming the crust you could just use both hands to stretch the dough out while it's laying on the surface, just stretch the dough, spin a little, stretch, spin, stretch, etc, until you have stretched it all over. ## Step 11: Bake\! ![Bake\!](https://content.instructables.com/FNC/QQPR/JPSO0OTC/FNCQQPRJPSO0OTC.jpg?width=270&auto=webp) [![Bake\!](https://content.instructables.com/FNC/QQPR/JPSO0OTC/FNCQQPRJPSO0OTC.jpg?frame=true&width=1024&height=1024&fit=bounds)](https://content.instructables.com/FNC/QQPR/JPSO0OTC/FNCQQPRJPSO0OTC.jpg) Bake in an oven that's been preheated to 500° for 5 minutes. ## Step 12: Remove and Top ![Remove and Top](https://content.instructables.com/FGA/I7VA/JPSO0OTF/FGAI7VAJPSO0OTF.jpg?width=270&auto=webp) ![Remove and Top](https://content.instructables.com/FJB/DH4I/JPSO0OTG/FJBDH4IJPSO0OTG.jpg?width=270&auto=webp) ![Remove and Top](https://content.instructables.com/FQJ/PJND/JPSO0OTJ/FQJPJNDJPSO0OTJ.jpg?width=270&auto=webp) [![Remove and Top](https://content.instructables.com/FGA/I7VA/JPSO0OTF/FGAI7VAJPSO0OTF.jpg?frame=true&width=800&height=1024&fit=bounds&crop=3:2)](https://content.instructables.com/FGA/I7VA/JPSO0OTF/FGAI7VAJPSO0OTF.jpg) [![Remove and Top](https://content.instructables.com/FJB/DH4I/JPSO0OTG/FJBDH4IJPSO0OTG.jpg?frame=true&width=400&height=1024&fit=bounds&crop=3:2)](https://content.instructables.com/FJB/DH4I/JPSO0OTG/FJBDH4IJPSO0OTG.jpg) [![Remove and Top](https://content.instructables.com/FQJ/PJND/JPSO0OTJ/FQJPJNDJPSO0OTJ.jpg?frame=true&width=400&height=1024&fit=bounds&crop=3:2)](https://content.instructables.com/FQJ/PJND/JPSO0OTJ/FQJPJNDJPSO0OTJ.jpg) Remove the dough from the oven, and to with sauce and toppings. With the sauce, you want to cover evenly right up to almost touching where you formed the crust. Cover with whatever cheese and toppings you want, evenly covering the pizza. ## Step 13: Bake Pt 2 ![Bake Pt 2](https://content.instructables.com/FD8/N7XV/JPSO0OTL/FD8N7XVJPSO0OTL.jpg?width=270&auto=webp) [![Bake Pt 2](https://content.instructables.com/FD8/N7XV/JPSO0OTL/FD8N7XVJPSO0OTL.jpg?frame=true&width=1024&height=1024&fit=bounds)](https://content.instructables.com/FD8/N7XV/JPSO0OTL/FD8N7XVJPSO0OTL.jpg) Place back in the oven and back for 8 minutes, or until the crust is golden. ## Step 14: Enjoy\! ![Enjoy\!](https://content.instructables.com/FUI/Y043/JPSO0OTQ/FUIY043JPSO0OTQ.jpg?width=270&auto=webp) [![Enjoy\!](https://content.instructables.com/FUI/Y043/JPSO0OTQ/FUIY043JPSO0OTQ.jpg?frame=true&width=1024&height=1024&fit=bounds)](https://content.instructables.com/FUI/Y043/JPSO0OTQ/FUIY043JPSO0OTQ.jpg) Slice and enjoy\! I make 13" pizzas in a toaster oven. I let them rise, covered with sprayed or oiled plastic wrap, 2 to 3 hours on parchment, on the pan, then sauce, then top with whole milk mozzarella, a thin pepperoni like bagged Margherita pepperoni or Margherita turkey pepperoni, then a sprinkled layer of mozz on top of everything... then into the 550 oven or 450 toaster oven for 10-15 minutes, just until cheese starts turning slightly golden... by that time, the pepperoni is browned, crispy & crust is golden brown; sometimes I make it Detroit style, cheese first, then toppings & sauce on top. Also here's a 7-cheese version... ![...](https://content.instructables.com/FQQ/KDL5/JQ2O5KDX/FQQKDL5JQ2O5KDX.jpg?auto=webp&width=100&height=100&fit=crop&md=MjAxOC0xMi0yNCAxNTo1MDoxNy4w)... ![...](https://content.instructables.com/F60/3DDU/JQ2O5L12/F603DDUJQ2O5L12.jpg?auto=webp&width=100&height=100&fit=crop&md=MjAxOC0xMi0yNCAxNjo1MDoyMC4w)... ![...](https://content.instructables.com/FW7/W056/JQ2O5L13/FW7W056JQ2O5L13.jpg?auto=webp&width=100&height=100&fit=crop&md=MjAxOC0xMi0yNCAxNjo1MDoyNS4w)... Can I make a suggestion though? If you can find yeast cake, bakers yeast...it's a better taste. Packaged dry yeast is ok, but the dough will have a bread like consistency/taste. Bakers yeast, or yeast cake, is a far better tasting item. Less bready, more pizza dough taste.
