The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. The Chalets are updated, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. Very close to the Mont d'Arbois gondola. They have a free shuttle service into town, which came in very handy. Looking forward to my next visit. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature.
