It’s located in a very nice neighborhood. The building itself has a very nice and amazing design. The gym is well maintained. Laundry room has driers which is something wonderful to have. Your room is so cosy. The kitchens are all well equipped. The staff are amazing and you feel home from the first date. Whatever you want which makes you feel comfortable and not feeling homesick is all in your hand. And it’s affordable in comparison to other collective buildings. Really well designed and looks great. When there has been any issues the problem has been sorted as soon as possible. The reception team staff are great and provide good communication in regards to any issues being experienced. Walls in corridors are scuffed and not painted over ever (since I moved in over 1 year and a half ago) and carpets on the floor are not regularly maintained. Trash shoots see frequent blockages and Wifi outages are also a common occurrence. I am also seeing water leakage issues in the bathroom which can signify larger construction quality or design issues. That being said the building has a lot of amenities and apartments have nice layouts. The building managers and reception staff are fantastic and always happy and ready to help. Chantelle is helpful, efficient and helps us escalates maintenance issues so they get addressed quickly and an all around a ray of sunshine. The rest of the team is also extremely helpful and accomodating.
