May 10, 2023 HHS publishes a fact sheet about the future of federal telehealth flexibilities for patients and providers, including access to telehealth services for substance use treatment. May 10, 2023 The HHS Secretary thanks Governors for their partnership and reminds them of various resources regarding the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency. May 9, 2023 HHS publishes a fact sheet with current flexibilities enabled by the COVID-19 emergency declaration and how they will be impacted on May 11, 2023.
