Cuenta con **tres dormitorios** : el primero es una habitación doble con una cómoda cama doble y armario. El segundo y el tercero son habitaciones dobles con dos camas individuales cada una. Dispone de dos baños, uno con lavabo e inodoro y el otro con ducha y bañera. **Tenga en cuenta que solo aceptamos familias en esta propiedad.** En la zona principal encontrará un amplio comedor, decorado con detalles y colores que se convertirá en su rincón favorito del apartamento. Los techos tienen una altura de 3,5 metros y cuentan con cornisas. Esta sala está equipada con un sofá para 4 personas, un televisor de plasma y dos cómodas sillas. Johannes 29/10/2021 It is a very charming old and very spacious apartment very near the city centre, with a lot of authentic details in the decoration. Despite the central location it is very quiet at night and we could sleep very well; the beds are also comfortable. Some points of improvement: the kitchen equipment could be better: there was no kitchen towel, no colander, no scissors, no salt and pepper. Also, the hot water boiler was a bit small for six people and there was no wall bracket for the shower head. Habitat Apartments: Thank you very much for your stay & comments. Mike S 27/07/2020 Nice apartment located in the city center - 30-40min on foot to the beach, close to the Sagrada Familia, and several other tourist attractions. What's important, you'll find a supermarket on the opposite side of the street and a bakery. Aerobus from the El Prat airport also stops near. Owners should consider buying a modern TV and Audio so anyone can use their own audio source or play Netflix/Spotify. Also all electric devices should be plugged in before our stay. There was dirty dust piled up in the lampshade of the double bedroom. There was old dirty water in the toothbrush cup in the bathroom, and hair was tangled in the bath tub. Suddenly the weather got cold, but there was no guidance on how to do the heating. This evening, the kitchen's refrigerator microwave oven and the hot plate's electricity did not work and we can’t eat hot food for our dinner. Nick 29/05/2018 This apartment has a fabulous location and the hosts were great. Their recommendation of the nearby "Flamant" restaurant was the best tip of the whole trip. Would we stay here again? Probably, but the shower leaves a lot to be desired. There is no holder for the shower head,mrssulting in an awkward one-handed shower (with the shower curtain two feet away from the edge of the bath). The hot water runs out quickly. The double bed is ok but the singles are small and hard. Floors need a good scrub\! Old house with high rooms :) Nice little breakfast take away just around the corner and a 24h supermarkt for little supplies in couple of minutes. The location, the beautiful building, the quirky furnishings - completely different to the usual bland modern decor. Overall a really good experience. Just a couple of points. When we arrived it had not been cleaned yet and had to wait a bit for it to get sorted out. Also, during our stay we called twice to the cellphone they provide as we were considering extending our stay one day more and there was no answer. Nick 29/05/2018 This apartment has a fabulous location and the hosts were great. Their recommendation of the nearby "Flamant" restaurant was the best tip of the whole trip. Would we stay here again? Probably, but the shower leaves a lot to be desired. There is no holder for the shower head,mrssulting in an awkward one-handed shower (with the shower curtain two feet away from the edge of the bath). The hot water runs out quickly. The double bed is ok but the singles are small and hard. Floors need a good scrub\! Patricia Nolan 16/05/2017 Just stayed at Habitat Apartments Barcelona I stayed with five friends , plenty of room for all with two twin rooms and a fantastic double also there is a little spare room which was usful for suitcases etc, It is a very spacious and elegant apartment. Small but functional kitchen .there is a lovely sun room which we used as a breakfast room and for relaxing . The apartment is a short distance from the center of thecity a short walk to Placya Catalonia and the Ramblas ISABELLE 28/11/2016 Nice flat, in catalonian style. Old house with high rooms :) Nice little breakfast take away just around the corner and a 24h supermarkt for little supplies in couple of minutes. The only negative point was the smell (?!?) in the hall, but we tried to clean it and it was ok. Habitat comments: Dear Daniel, we are glad that you were satisfied with the apartment. Mick 10/08/2014 A very nice apartment located in the very centre of Barcelona. All areas of the city can be reached by Metro and there are a number of stations near by. Views from the windows are not inspiring but the apartment looking into an internal square of buildings rather than out to the road but is quiet, secure. There is a very nice bakery near by. Main department stores and some exclusive shops are near by. Casa Batllo is in walking distance and is possible Gaudi\\'s best building. . 20/05/2014 We loved this apartment - it was just what we were looking for - soooo quiet, and comfortable beds - well equipped (although lacking a few mugs) and in the heart of the city - would definately use it again. The location, the beautiful building, the quirky furnishings - completely different to the usual bland modern decor. Habitat staff were extremely helpful and met us quickly upon arrival with the keys. The apartment is well laid out and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was quiet and felt very secure. 10/10 (The only recommendation would be to include larger and more towels!) The appartement has a great old fashioned design. We highly recommend this appartement to people who want to live in a typical catalan flat. Eugy 04/10/2013 Apartment is spectacular, really nice classic Barcelona, with hydraulic tile floor, very high ceilings, nice decor, just a bit ecclectic, mixing different styles and real lithografies in the walls. Overall a really good experience. Just a couple of points. When we arrived it had not been cleaned yet and had to wait a bit for it to get sorted out. Also, during our stay we called twice to the cellphone they provide as we were considering extending our stay one day more and there was no answer.
