Yes, diet and supplements all play a role in hair density, but I'm impatient, particularly on bad hair days when I rush out the door with strands more fragile than full. In simple terms, collagen peptides can help reinforce hair’s fibre, improving its strength and texture. Stronger hair is less likely to bend, meaning it can stand up confidently from the root and through to the ends, resulting in longer-lasting volume. ## What's Big Hair Day like to use? I'm someone who relies on [curling](https://www.goodhousekeeping.com/uk/beauty/hair/a64834844/heatless-curl-methods/) to create the illusion of fullness through my lengths, but my hair is still flatter at the roots so this targeted lifter felt ideal for me.
