I'm currently working full time and need a part time job so I can take online classes and get a degree. The only issue is I apply to so many retail jobs that I am overqualified for and I get no response or I am not chosen for the job. I don't get it. I feel like I'm doing everything right! I don't have much work experience except a month of being a barista at a busy cafe making basic coffees like an americano or latte but that was last year November.
