I was sent a very basic feedback that is easy to disprove if they had run the code (I really don't think the people rating my assignment has read or run the code, or they might not have too much experience) as everything was working, tested, documented and well architectured. And despite the interview process containing a session of questions with their team to defend your submission, I got nothing of that, and was just ghosted. The requirement was pretty simple: write any chat app (with any network library) in CPP. If you're in this stage, don't do it. I'll explain why below. While the task itself is simple, it took me some good hours to plan, study, and polish the application to a point where IMO the whole codebase is pretty nice for any standard. The recruiters never replied with anything afterwards for weeks even after further follow up. I think this sort of disregard to the applicants' time was extremely disrespectful on their side.
