I love G1G! I am a travel blogger, been to over 45 countries and 200 cites with my son, as a single mom on a budget. I NEED good travel insurance and reliable service. I used a different service previously until I was referred by another travel blogger and expert to G1G. The plans are affordable with as much or as minimal coverage as you need and the support and service is GREAT. When I first used them I had a bunch of questions and they set up a call for me and let me ask a ton of Q's. Now I use their AI assistant and their chat support and it's GREAT! Honestly I just spent $85.00 on a plan for myself and my son and it's $85.00 for extensive coverage and peace of mind! We'll be traveling internationally and across a few cities, NOT getting travel insurance is NEVER WORTH IT. G1G is GREAT, just DO IT, buy the plan!!! SAM in Customer Service IS THE BEST!
I'm very late to write this review, but I've had nothing but a great experience with this company- they are responsive and quick to handle claims. I recommended them to a friend visiting me in the US from Europe in 2019. Long story short, he had a bad accident and ended up in the hospital for 5 days with surgery. I was the one to call and report the incident and G1G was so fast to set everything up to receive bills directly from the hospital. I was honestly so amazed, normally always preparing myself for a fight with insurance companies. In the end, well worth their reasonable price and I will continue to use them when I travel!
Unusually great customer service and knowledgeable representatives. They appear to know the ins and outs of the insurance products they sell, and unlike the other outfits I spoke to, Bernard and Alex at G1g gave clear, straight answers that were consistent with the policy terms, and without needing to muddle through the policy on the phone with me. I may update this review should we ever need to use the insurance policy.

I am so impressed with g1g support with my claim. They were so helpful with finding a doctor in Spain in the middle of the night when my Mom fell and hurt herself. They made sure everything was filed correctly when we needed to get reimbursed and helped during our trip, and most importantly were really concerned about my Mom’s health while she we were in Europe. We have been using G1G for Visitors medical insurance for many years now and just now purchased a travel protection plan for our trip to Mexico later this year. The purchase process and online support is very good and easy. We have never had to file a claim so far, touchwood, but if we have to do so in the future, we hope G1G will offer same level of support.

Their stand out service came from Alex, who helped us in a pinch. Of course my boyfriend waited until the day before we left to actually review and buy the plan I picked out a month earlier. We had some trouble buying the plan online, because in the time I had researched it to when we bought there was a change, but Alex found us a new plan, with more benefits and a savings of $20 each. If you have questions reach out to their team for personalized service. We were on a plane when I received an email saying, "I imagine you are traveling now, so I went ahead and processed the purchase the Atlas International since I did not want you to be traveling without the proper travel insurance." Truly stellar customer service. We haven't needed to use it but I am sure this is the team and company I'd want on our side if we did have to use it. Thank you again Alex!

I recommended them to a friend visiting me in the US from Europe in 2019. Long story short, he had a bad accident and ended up in the hospital for 5 days with surgery. Honestly I just spent \$85.00 on a plan for myself and my son and it's \$85.00 for extensive coverage and peace of mind! I'm very late to write this review, but I've had nothing but a great experience with this company- they are responsive and quick to handle claims. I recommended them to a friend visiting me in the US from Europe in 2019. Long story short, he had a bad accident and ended up in the hospital for 5 days with surgery. I was the one to call and report the incident and G1G was so fast to set everything up to receive bills directly from the hospital. I was honestly so amazed, normally always preparing myself for a fight with insurance companies. In the end, well worth their reasonable price and I will continue to use them when I travel\!
Unusually great customer service and knowledgeable representatives. They appear to know the ins and outs of the insurance products they sell, and unlike the other outfits I spoke to, Bernard and Alex at G1g gave clear, straight answers that were consistent with the policy terms, and without needing to muddle through the policy on the phone with me. I may update this review should we ever need to use the insurance policy.

We have been using G1G for Visitors medical insurance for many years now and just now purchased a travel protection plan for our trip to Mexico later this year. The purchase process and online support is very good and easy. We have never had to file a claim so far, touchwood, but if we have to do so in the future, we hope G1G will offer same level of support.
