It probably comes as a surprise to exactly nobody, for example, that meat cleavers are not permitted. But sometimes it’s not so clear. A jar of peanut butter? Nope, not allowed as a carry-on in containers bigger than 3.4 ounces. What about a bowling pin? Sorry, better check it.
