The classes are listed below. This program is designed to teach students the necessary skills to compete in the High Demand Occupations of Building Maintenance Managers and Maintenance Technicians. Students will be able to gain employment as maintenance technicians in residential complexes, healthcare facilities, industrial establishments, and commercial buildings.
