We have a few tips to help you ensure the confidentiality of your PIN: Do not reveal your PIN to anyone. Memorise your PIN. Do not write down your PIN or use it where someone can see you keying it in. If you suspect that your PIN has been exposed to others or that your account has been compromised with unauthorised access, please change your PIN immediately. You should change your PIN regularly. This service allows you to change your PIN at any time. No staff of DBS Bank should ever ask you for your PIN for any reason. Set Preferred Brand - DBS or POSB If you have both DBS and POSB accounts, you can now select either a DBS or POSB customised screens as your default screen design.
If you have only DBS accounts, you will have the DBS screen design. Similarly, if you have only POSB accounts, you will have the POSB screen design This service allows you to select accounts to be displayed on the Home Page. Upon clicking "Next", your favourite accounts will be updated. This service allows you to create a nickname to remind yourself what it's for. You can create a different nickname for each of your accounts, such as "Utilities Account". This feature allows you to personalise your name to be displayed on your online banking home page. You may create a personalised name of up to 25 characters and change it as and when you desire. Personalised name will only be shown on your online banking home page and will not affect your official records or statement(s) with the bank. Currently available only to Wealth customers, the Contact Me and Make an Appointment services are 2 new services that gives you an easier way to reach us.
Contact Me: This service allows you to send in a request for the Bank to contact you at a specified time of your choice. You can request for the Bank to either call or email you regarding your request. Make an Appointment: You can also make an appointment by using the Make an Appointment service. Simply pick a date and time of your preference, and send in the Make an Appointment request. The Bank will check the availability and revert to you for confirmation. |
