■一个发展历程：从2009年淘宝商城借助11月11日的“光棍节”发起网络促销以来，“双11”意外地成了亿万网民的狂欢节日，也成就了零售业大颠覆的开始。15年来，也从淘系的“一家独大”发展到淘系、京东、拼多多的“三足鼎立” ■一个十字路口：有专家认为，“双11”的未来，更有可能成为培育新产品、新服务的场景。 今年“双11”收官，各大电商平台不出意外地没有公布GMV(商品成交总额)战绩。 天猫公布的数据显示，截至11月11日零点，共有402个品牌成交破亿。京东公布的数据显示，截至11月11日晚23：59，2023年京东11.11成交额、订单量、用户数齐创新高。累计超过60个品牌销售破10亿元。 自从2009年“双11”购物节启动以来，15年来，移动互联网已经全面进入从“流量到留量”的时代。在业内人士看来，今年以来电商平台强调“低价”，这实质上是渠道生意走过了可快速替代线下的红利期后，回归到最朴素的效率逻辑。 **今年“双11”：** **价格比拼成竞争焦点之一** 11月12日零点，2023年天猫“双11”收官，用户规模和商家规模显著增长。 截至11月11日零点，共有402个品牌成交破亿，其中有243个是国货品牌，3.8万个品牌成交同比增长超过100%。全周期累计访问用户数超8亿，创下历史峰值。88vip用户规模突破3200万，再创历史新高，成交同比双位数增长。 此外，截至11月11日晚23：59，2023年京东11.11成交额、订单量、用户数创新高，京东采销总观看人数已突破3.8亿。目前累计超过60个品牌销售破10亿元，近20000个品牌成交额同比增长超3倍，新商家成交单量环比增长超5倍。 相比以往，价格比拼是电商平台竞争焦点之一。 截至11月11日零点，天猫新增的两个价格力货盘，“官方立减”商品订单量超2.1亿，“天天低价”商品订单量近9千万。在11月11日当天，百亿补贴成交额同比增长699%，购买用户同比增长386%。另外，京东喊出将“真便宜”进行到底的口号，而拼多多、抖音“双11”大促同样主打低价。 中国国际经济交流中心副理事长魏建国表示，低价基础上的产品供给丰富度提升，能让不同消费层级的市场潜力得以释放，进而为企业提供更多市场机会，实现供给侧与需求端共同繁荣。 中国国际电子商务中心研究院院长李鸣涛表示，在“双11”期间赢得消费者，维护平台的品牌价值，最为重要的仍然是如何持续提升消费体验，包括价格、品质、服务等多维度的消费感受，从而实现价格低、品质高、服务优。 15年发展： 从“一家独大”到“三足鼎立” 当时间退回到2009年时，中国互联网发生了决定性的变局，由新浪、搜狐和网易“三巨头”所统治的门户时代，向百度、阿里巴巴和腾讯的BAT时代转轨。 2009年11月11日，淘宝商城借助“光棍节”这个互联网语境下年轻人创造的梗，对中国消费影响深远的大型促销活动诞生了。 一场时代的序幕就此拉开。2009年27个品牌在淘宝参与“双11”后，仅在这一天成交额就达到0.52亿元。第二年这一数字就变成了9.36亿，随后“双11”一发不可收拾。“双11”意外地成了亿万网民的狂欢节日，也成就了零售业大颠覆的开始。 2012年被业内人士看作“双11“的爆发年。2012年“双11”当天，天猫与淘宝的总销售额达到191亿，其中天猫达到132亿，淘宝达到59亿。这也是天猫第一次成交额破百亿。那一年，淘宝商城改名叫天猫。“双11”被正式注册为“全球购物狂欢节”，并开始推广到海外市场。 从2012年开始，“双11”就进入了一个高速发展期。 到了2014年的“双11”，移动电商已经有了爆发的态势。 不少声音认为，2015年是互联网大转折的开始。根据国家统计局的数据，到了2015年，中国城镇人口数是7.71亿，乡村人口数是6.03亿。电商研究者谢璞表示，中国移动互联网的进程，恰好与中国城镇人口超越乡村人口的进程重叠。 2015年也是4G元年。2015年全国网民规模6.88亿，新增3951万，其中手机网民6.2亿，较2014年增加了6303万。 面对新的人群，新的市场，对“双11”也出现了质疑的声音。吴晓波在2015年发文认为，赶羊式的营销运动看上去很热闹，其实已是非常陈旧低效的模式。而且，几何级暴增的货物配送量让全国物流体系一次次地经受考验，造成了巨大的混乱和社会资源浪费。 “双11”需要新的改变。很多人对2015年“双11”记忆犹新的是，天猫与“湖南卫视”合办了一场“双11”晚会。在此之后，联合卫视台举办购物狂欢晚会，成为惯例，也有人把它称为“猫晚”。 晚会、红包、移动购物，这些“双11”的“惯例”从2016年开始，成为“新常态”。 “2015年之后才是真正意义上的一个移动互联网。”谢璞指出，2016年开始了移动互联网创业潮，那时候大批纯粹通过手机上网的人群涌入了互联网，不少电商平台和创业者都来抢食这一批蛋糕。 根据星图数据显示，2016年“双11”当天，全网销售额最终为1770.4亿元，淘系占比68.2%，为1207亿，同比增长32.3%；京东占比22.7%，大约402亿，同比增长59%，后者是前者的三分之一。 2016年“双11”格局，从“一家独大”悄然变为“两强领军”。拼多多加入战局后，格局再次从“两强领军”变为“三足鼎立”。 汉能投资集团执行董事黄萌认为，阿里起初是有流量红利的，不过后续大家都面临同质化的竞争，这种标签化就不明晰了。在行业内出现两个变量，一个是拼多多，另一个是抖音电商。“拼多多自身的低价策略，以及抖音的兴趣电商策略，很有可能引发后续电商格局的变化。” **观察** **告别促销：“双11”的欲望能持续多久？** “双11”发展至今，早已不再只是促销的代名词。对商家来说，“双11”也不再是唯一。 一家足浴盆品牌的创始人邢强观察到，现在每个平台都有自己的节日，“双11”也不再只是阿里的“双11”，线上销售渠道越来越多，流量越来越分散。“双11”越来越回归到常态化，“直播间里的一次活动可能和‘双11’的销售热度也差不太多”。 “自2018年开始，‘双11’的发展就进入成熟期。作为一个大的市场营销活动，已经开始见顶了。”黄萌表示，无论是通过调整周期，还是用复杂的营销方式来提升销量和销售额，都比较困难。与此同时，上游的品牌商家长期参与其中，要迎合流量诉求，也略显疲惫。 不过，在星图数据运营副总裁王颖看来，“双11”已经变成了一个标志性的时间点，无论是消费者还是品牌在这个时间点都形成了惯性。相较于十多年前，整个行业在电商投入更多，品牌的参与度反而更高。更大的变化是，自2017年之后，新零售平台以及线下商超等开始参与到“双11”中，如今“双11”是一个全民参与的节日。 现在，在网络购物节期间集中购物已经成了很多人的习惯。 近年来，平台试图通过回归最朴素的效率逻辑，来激发品牌和消费者对“双11”的欲望。以今年为例，各个平台都在强调低价，回归到最开始以价格促销手段直接吸引消费者。 浙江工商大学教授赵浩兴告诉记者，从整体宏观环境来说，这两年经济增速放缓，大部分消费者开始变得更加理性，追求性价比，因此电商平台也逐渐回归到理性。 但需要警惕的是，通过价格来吸引消费者并不意味着降低品牌价值和服务来换取市场。“低价的核心是性价比，是商家投入产品研发、优化生产流程、创新组织结构后，通过效率提升、成本下降换来的。”百联咨询创始人庄帅认为，这样的“价格战”才是一次产业的淘汰赛，能够带来新的产业升级。 天下网商代运营负责人青木感受到今年以来最大的变化，就是平台和商家更加注重利润和持续性。“以往电商在一个高速发展期，大家都是在一味地灌水，拔苗助长，最直观的感受就是GMV。而目前的品牌更注重用户增长的质量，注重消费者体验。” 在中央财经大学中国互联网经济研究院副院长欧阳日辉看来，在疫情期间，“双11”充分释放了被抑制的内需潜力，一些线下中小商家也通过数字化转型捱过经济寒冬。“双11”的未来，更有可能成为培育新产品、新服务的场景。 最早的“双11”，承载着电商对线下零售的野心。当网购消费行为从节日仪式化走向常态化，也在不断推动中国商业消费模式的变革。 成都商报-红星新闻记者 程璐洋 俞瑶 综合中国新闻周刊、经济日报
