My wife is breastfeeding our baby and had pumped milk that needed to be stored in a freezer. We clearly explained this to the staff multiple times and reminded them often, but on the day we checked out, we found the milk had been kept in the fridge instead of the freezer. This ruined the milk, as it can only last a few hours in the fridge. This was extremely upsetting because pumping milk takes a lot of effort and is not easy. When I brought this up to the reception, instead of resolving the issue, the supervisor shockingly threatened to call security to remove me from the property when I expressed my frustration. Later, the manager came to apologize, but in a situation like this, an apology is not enough. The Four Seasons Hotel Megève is a beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere. The views from the hotel are amazing, with stunning alpine scenery all around. The spa was excellent, offering a calm and relaxing experience. The overall design and ambiance of the hotel made it a perfect place to unwind.
