So many adjustments to fit how I sit, a firm cushion that supports my lower back, solid casters that roll effortlessly on low-pile carpet and I've been able to use it for extended hours without pain when I get back up. I'll likely get another chair for my WFH office setup and replace the executive chair I currently have, and maybe a third as a gift to my mom.
