### Simone Deloach
Simone Deloach practices from the TownLake YMCA.
Simone Deloach, LMFT, LCDC is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed chemical dependance counselor. She is the Associate Executive Director of Mental Health & Community Wellness at the Greater Austin YMCA. Prior to her work at the Y Simone has worked with individuals and families of autism, addiction rehabilitation centers, partial hospitalization programs (PCP’s) and private practice.
Simone enjoys learning new therapeutic skills and working towards making each therapeutic experience unique to each individual. Understanding that therapy can be an unfamiliar place to some, Simone brings a comforting environment that allows most to grow in talking about what makes them uncomfortable. As a retired athlete, she has an even deeper understanding of what it looks like to push oneself, set and reach goals, and transition from one thing to another. With those life experiences, Simone finds that growth in the therapy space includes the small wins and adjustments that leads some to a more accessible way of life. Knowing that therapy is not one size fits all but instead working on a size best fits you.
Simone Deloach is not currently accepting new clients.

Karishma is a relational counseling intern who works with individuals and couples seeking deeper understanding, stronger connection, and greater clarity in their lives and relationships. She supports clients navigating life transitions, communication challenges, relational conflict, and concerns related to intimacy, anxiety, or depression. Whether someone is rebuilding trust, exploring patterns in their relationships, or simply wanting to feel more connected to themselves or their partner, Karishma walks alongside clients with care and curiosity.

### Emily Field
Emily Field practices from East Communities & TownLake YMCAs.
Hello, my name is Emily, welcome to Greater Austin YMCA Counseling! Finding the right therapist can be a challenging task, and I hope we can help you along your journey\!
As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and open environment where you can learn, grow, and achieve your goals. I believe counseling to be a collaborative process where we work together to discover how best to approach and address your concerns and goals. You are the expert in your own life, and I believe the most effective therapy to be one where you feel actively involved and understood throughout the process.
As an LMFT- Associate, I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I have experience working with concerns related to anxiety, neurodiversity, relational trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and social and communication difficulties. I tend to take a skills-focused approach to therapy, as I find it important to address not only the impact of our emotions and thoughts, but also how our behaviors and actions influence and affect our lives. As a biracial Asian-American, I am passionate about working with clients struggling with cultural-relational issues.
As for me personally, I was born in Kansas but grew up here in Austin. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of North Texas and my master’s degree in counseling at Texas State University. I have a wide breadth of interests, including art, novels, music, and video games, and a particular passion for research in anthropology, psychology, and history. It is my personal belief that we should always strive to continue learning new things, so I am currently falling frequently in the process of learning to ice skate. If you are interested in working with me or have any questions, please reach out\!

### Mark Gomez
Hi, my name is Mark and I’m currently finishing my master’s program in Mental Health Counseling at Divine Mercy University. Therapy is more than a conversation. Therapy is a space where strength is found in support and vulnerability. Reaching out isn’t a sign of weakness, but of courage and commitment to a life of clarity and purpose. Through genuine support and practical tools, therapy can open the door to unexpected healing, transformation, and peace.
I walk alongside clients through the tensions of anxiety, depression, grief, relational stress, or major life shifts, whether it’s navigating a break-up, parenting, or life transitions. Together, we’ll build a foundation of stability and purpose that honors your life and strength.
With a professional background in personal fitness training, I understand how closely our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are connected. I bring that awareness into counseling, helping clients build resilience and balance in every area of life. I’m especially passionate about encouraging men to step into this healing space because it takes courage to pause, reflect, and invest in your emotional well-being. If faith is important to you, I’m happy to incorporate Christian spirituality and Catholic doctrine into our work together. I offer walk and talk therapy as well.
