Directions
Place beef into a large bowl. Stir in red wine, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes, then remove beef and pat dry with a paper towel. Reserve remaining marinade.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in beef; cook and stir until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer beef to a plate, then drain any remaining grease from the skillet.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in the skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Cook and stir until onion is soft and translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer onion mixture to the plate with beef; set aside.

Supremely delicious. A made it in my slow cooker. Did the frying as indicated, then cooked it on high for 4 hours. Added the dairy, and served it once the dairy was melted.Changes made: Did you say 1 cup of mushrooms? I say one POUND of mushrooms.Used plain Greek yogourt instead of sour cream because that's what I had.Was out of red wine ( :( ) so used a few splashes of red wine vinegar instead.

This is a great recipe! I usually use ground meat. Also there’s nothing about noodles. I usually cook them separately and stir in when I add the stuff at the end. One of my favorites for sure\!

This was a great recipe, but I changed a few things for this second make. I used French's Dijon mustard that had chardonnay in with it, ribeye instead of chuck roast, used half the red pepper flakes, and I added about an eighth a cup of heavy cream to it. The original was great enough to try doctoring it a bit this second time, so you can see what your tastes prefer! I highly recommend, and it's great for a keto diet\!

This recipe was very good. I made it exactly as listed. My only criticism is that if you don’t like spicy food, cut back on the red pepper flakes. I love is so it was perfect for me. Next time, I’m going to double the sauce so I can use it for leftovers.

My husband and I made it together. We did not substitute anything. The only thing we did different was cooked the meat in the slow cooker to make sure it was very tender. I didn’t actually eat any because I’m on a strict diet but husband said it was yummy. Put a spoonful of sour cream on top of his plateful. Will definitely make again.

## Directions
1. Place beef into a large bowl. Stir in red wine, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes, then remove beef and pat dry with a paper towel. Reserve remaining marinade.
