I've made this several times and it always comes out well, the flavor is outstanding, I used a table spoon of vanilla instead of a tsp, excellent, and did not overmix just blended and the top did not crack, it was creamy and delicious, my family anticipates this for Christmas and it never disappoints.

Too much batter for a 9 inch springform pan so also used a 9 inch graham cracker crust. Recipe does not state what size pan. 45 minutes for the graham cracker crust and 55 for the other.

Awesome recipe!!! This is my go to cheesecake recipe. I've made it with cherry, lemon, and blueberry topping and pumpkin swirl. I make the recipe as is, I only add the topping. Everyone always loves it. I just made a blueberry one for Christmas and received rave reviews. Also, so easy\!

- 1 ½ cups Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs
- â…“ cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 large eggs
## Directions
1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2. Mix cookie crumbs, butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar together until combined; press firmly onto the bottom of a 9-inch nonstick springform pan.

3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth.

4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until just blended. Pour over crust.

5. Bake in the preheated oven until center is almost set, about 45 to 55 minutes.
