The individual did not care to share details of the program used to create the video, but thankfully, [@fofrAI](https://twitter.com/fofrAI/status/1728147962935599241) revealed in the thread that stability.ai’s [Stable Video](https://wccftech.com/google-photos-video-stabilization/) can carry out the task. Unfortunately, the clip shared by @fofrAI has more than a few blemishes that pop up on the boyfriend’s eyes and elsewhere.
