You really get your value for the amount you pay at this property. The property is very luxurious and the staff are exceptional. They add a personal touch to your stay and really made it feel special. My husband, our baby, and I were warmly welcomed and truly taken care of from the moment we arrived, making our mountain getaway both peaceful and relaxing — just what we needed as a young family. A special thank you to Béatrice at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate us with our baby and ensured we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at ease. Her support made all the difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our time at the hotel. We were also so happy to meet Christos, whose warmth and positive energy stood out and became one of the highlights of our stay. We leave with beautiful memories and are already looking forward to returning to this magical and serene place. The entire experience, every detail, was perfect. My husband surprised me for our wedding anniversary and there were so many thoughtful details and surprises made possible by the staff throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna, the proximity to great views and hikes, and the incredible food and drinks on-site. We brought our dog and he was warmly welcomed, we think he’ll have a hard time staying anywhere else. The location was at the very top of all the chalets sitting in Mont d'Arbois and has an ideal vista in every direction you look. We enjoyed the outdoor activities on offer, and it is well located for a bunch of hikes up the mountain as well as for some serene quiet. The brasserie food was always well prepared (and the house-made gluten free bread the best I've had!). My husband surprised me for our wedding anniversary and there were so many thoughtful details and surprises made possible by the staff throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna, the proximity to great views and hikes, and the incredible food and drinks on-site. We brought our dog and he was warmly welcomed, we think he’ll have a hard time staying anywhere else. The location was at the very top of all the chalets sitting in Mont d'Arbois and has an ideal vista in every direction you look. We enjoyed the outdoor activities on offer, and it is well located for a bunch of hikes up the mountain as well as for some serene quiet. The brasserie food was always well prepared (and the house-made gluten free bread the best I've had!).
