| Boilerpipe Text | I made a mistake of not looking at the reviews before booking this god awful place. But turns out this is like a scam.
The marketing picture looks nice and glamorous, romantic even. So i booked the Couple Hideaway Glamping BBQ. Well judging from the name of that package, i thought it includes the BBQ set. Even the detail page showed the BBQ set and the * said no food included. That is fine by me. My friend also decided to book the 5 pax set for his family at the same day as mine. It was only just the day before the checkin, my friend casually mentioned that the add on BBQ bundle is expensive. I told him, isnt it included in the price? He showed me the detail page for the 5 pax which shows the price for the package and the add on, but the 2 pax i booked does not show it. So i assumed it was included before. I watsapp to go glamping and asked. You guys should just look at the screenshot of my exchange with them. With this type of answer, i should have gone ārunning for the hillsā. But already paid so just went with it. We just want to have some fun during this time.
When we checked in, the tent looks so dirty with alot of black spots. The tent area is a collection of tents shared with another company. When i asked about the shared toilet and shower facilities, they told us it was at the toilet near the prawning area. When me and my wife saw it, we were super disappointed. It is like a public toilet. The shower was inside the toilet bowl cubicle where there was a pipe and shower head installed just behind the toilet bowl. The floor was dirty, toilet bowl not cleaned, sink muddy. Apparently the female toilet was worse. The tents are actually located in a small area surrounded by a cheap, run down resort, with some old restaurants and a prawning center.
It was not all bad, the tent had some cosy decorations, the bbq pit was spacious, and at this covid time where all bbq facilities are close, it is nice to finally have a bbq with friends. However for the price of $300 for my package, my friend paid $500 for his 5 pax package (same size tent, just 2 more beds but no decorations), that is the same price as booking a staycation in a nice hotel, we would expect at least clean facilities and toilet, bbq items included in Kranji area. Instead we got a small area with dirty tents erected and a toilet outside of the tent area in another area. In the end, me and my wife went home after the bbq. Did not want to bath and sleep here.
We should have booked a staycation at MBS or some nice hotel for the same price. |

East Coast Park is a 15-kilometer stretch of sandy beach in Singapore, offering a variety of activities and amenities. It features a world-class Xtreme skateboarding park, water sports facilities, and sports amenities. The park also boasts smooth cycle paths and more than 300 kilometers of cycling and walking trails known as the Park Connector Network (PCN). Visitors can enjoy local food at the East Coast Lagoon Food Village or rent bicycles to explore the palm tree-fringed seaside.
I recently visited \[East coast beach\] and had an amazing experience! The scenery is absolutely stunning, with soft golden sand and crystal-clear water. Itās the perfect spot for a relaxing day in the sun. The beach is well-maintained, and there are plenty of facilities like restrooms and parking nearby. The water was clean and refreshing, ideal for swimming or just wading in the shallows. If you enjoy beach activities, there are options for renting umbrellas. The atmosphere is peaceful, with gentle waves and a nice breeze. There are also great spots for a picnic and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes to grab a bite to eat after a day in the sun. I highly recommend this beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing beach day\!

Best beach you can find in Singapore, plenty of parking lots, restaurant and cafe, pet friendly too. The park was beautiful and there were many tables and bench for resting. You can rent bicycles here to cycle along the coaster. The road was built wide enough for an enjoyable ride, you will feel safe as they are separated from the walking pavement. Along the way you can find restaurant, cafe, children playground and toilets for your needs. There are areas for camping and bbq, and it is definitely a good place for family gatherings.

Nice beach for a walk or a run. Visited there on a weekday morning and it was so peaceful. Got to see many amazing sights and nice scenery. Recommend for people who have dogs as I have seen many people bring their dog there.

East Coast Park is a great spot to relax and soak up the vibes. The sea breeze, the sound of waves, and the greenery make it the perfect escape. On weekends, itās buzzing with families, cyclists, and friends hanging out. Itās lively but still feels laid-backāa classic local hangout.

We had an amazing day at the Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm with our two kids! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The kids loved feeding and cuddling the baby animalsāespecially the lambs, bunnies, and guinea pigs. There were also goats, ponies, alpacas, and chickens roaming around, which made the experience even more interactive. The tractor/train ride was a big hit, and the playground kept them entertained for ages. Thereās plenty of shaded seating and picnic areas, so it was easy to relax while the kids explored. Itās such a wholesome, hands-on place for young children to learn and have fun. Highly recommended for families visiting Swan Valley\!

I frequently visit East Coast park as it is on one of my exercise walking routes. The hawker center has something for every taste, the walk paths and surrounding areas are well maintained and groomed. There is an automated water ski lake with three levels of difficulty for every skilled level. Very beautiful and serene place to spend time.

Many parrots being spotted at trees near beach. Squirrels at woods and fishes in sea are seen too. Perfect place for family. Not crowded, quiet and clean beach. Easily accessible with MRT. Facilities of shower and toilets are clean! Can get rented bike using anywhere wheel at bicycle spot, easy and smooth.

Lovely park where you can barbeque, go for a run, bike ride, sunbath or just relax. They have toilets every a few hundred meters. These have showers and a drinking well to refill your water bottles. The only negative point is that the view isn't that good. As Singapore has one of the biggest ports or many of them there are hundreds of cargo ships along the coast line.

Park
Nature & Parks
West Coast Park is a vast green space located in Singapore, offering various trails and playgrounds for visitors to enjoy. The park features an iconic outdoor playground with thrilling attractions like a zipline flying fox and balancing obstacles of varying difficulty levels. Additionally, it boasts several exciting playgrounds and a large sand activity area for children to explore. On weekends, kite enthusiasts gather at the waterfront to fly their illuminated kites, creating a mesmerizing sight against the night sky.
A good outdoor place to take a dog for a walk, go for a slow stroll or a morning run. You can cycle too. No admission free is required. Quite cool and shady with trees and greens even in the post-morning with a tropical weather at between 10am to 11am, and a nice lake nested in the park. There are ready bicycles for rental. Car parking bay is available too for those who drive here.

This place is perfect for a family picnic and flying kites. There is a huge field for flying kites, playing baseball, and more. There are playgrounds for kids and a sandbox to play beach volleyball. There is a place for bicycle rental, and you can ride it around. A jog would be nice here! And if youāre lucky like me and another girl, you can see a beautiful blue and loud bird flying by and more! Have fun!!\!

A spacious and family-friendly park in the west of Singapore, known for its large adventure playground, open fields, and coastal views. It's great for kids, jogging, and casual outings. While the park has good facilities and plenty of space, some areas could use better maintenance. Overall, a pleasant spot for weekend picnics and outdoor fun.

West Coast Park is a huge and beautiful green space in Singapore that offers something for everyone. Itās a great location for family outings, gatherings with friends, or simply enjoying nature. On weekends, it can get quite busy with many small groups gathering for picnics, celebrations, or just relaxing under the trees. We recently visited for an Aluth Avurudu ceremony, and it was a memorable experience despite some unexpected weather. The park has a calm and peaceful environment, filled with trees and birds, making it ideal for nature lovers. You can even see ships and boats out at sea, as one side of the park is right by the water. Thereās also a small beach area, which adds to the charm and gives kids a chance to explore. There are plenty of exercise areas and a large play area for children, so itās definitely a child-friendly place. Many people also bring tents and camp overnight, which seems to be quite popular here. If you enjoy camping, this is a great spot to try it outābut one thing to keep in mind is the lack of sheltered areas. During our visit, it started raining heavily, and there was no proper cover for rain or thunder. Thatās something that could definitely be improved for the safety and comfort of visitors. One highlight is the large McDonaldās located in the park. Itās easily accessible, and a lot of visitors stop there to grab a bite, especially with kids. Overall, West Coast Park is a great place to relax, play, and enjoy the outdoors, but if youāre planning to stay long or camp, do keep an eye on the weather and prepare for rain. Still, itās definitely a place worth visiting\!

Pasir Ris Park Area 4 is a hidden gem in Singapore, offering a convenient location for leisure and camping. Situated near Downtown East and Whitesands Mall, it's easy to stock up on supplies for your camping trip. The park features towering palm trees where you can set up camp and enjoy the stunning surroundings. There are plenty of activities to enjoy such as cycling, water sports, bird watching from the three-storey tower, and exploring the preserved mangrove forest.
Went to this place after a long time. Weather was good tide was rising and caught some fishes. Quiet and peaceful good spot. Good luck to all fishing kakis\!

I recently visited Pasir Ris Park, and it was a refreshing and delightful experience. The park is beautifully maintained, featuring expansive green spaces, clean walking and cycling trails, and plenty of shaded spots perfect for relaxation. The playground is impressive, with a variety of modern and safe equipment that kept children entertained for hours. One of the highlights was the scenic Mangrove Boardwalk, offering a peaceful and educational stroll through nature. Itās a great place to observe local wildlife and enjoy the tranquility away from the city. The park also has well-maintained barbecue pits and picnic areas, making it an excellent choice for family gatherings and weekend outings. Clean restrooms and ample parking made the visit even more convenient. For those interested in water activities, the beachfront area adds a nice touch, offering beautiful sea views and a calm, breezy atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend Pasir Ris Park for anyone looking to unwind, connect with nature, or enjoy quality time with family and friends. Whether youāre there for outdoor activities, a peaceful walk, or a relaxing picnic, this park has something for everyone.

Zoo
Zoos & Aquariums
Singapore Zoo is a lush rainforest zoo offering tram rides, walking trails, and viewing platforms to observe wildlife habitats and exhibits. The zoo provides an immersive experience for visitors to witness various animal species in naturalistic environments. Additionally, it hosts events such as urban lifestyle festivals featuring culinary delights, arts, entertainment, and live performances. For those seeking a romantic escape from crowded spots on Valentine's Day, the zoo offers a serene setting for a laid-back private time with nature.
A great trail walk or simply ride on the trams. A lush greens along the way, seeing animals in their almost natural habitat. It is an awesome place to spend your time with family, especially those with small children. A lot of kids friendly zone at the kids world. You can also enjoy a variety of food after those long day spending with your family.

I went for the night safari in the zoo. It was a fun experience! Most of the animals (except the leopard) were active and moving about, and some came quite close to the display window, and we could get a close up view of them. There were a couple of walk through experiences where we could walk into the enclosures with bats and civets. Overall a very safe, fun and new experience. I would recommend starting by 8pm. Walking around the trails itself takes 2.5 hours or so, and thereās a fun tram ride you can take too.
Santhosh R ā Google review
Overall experience - šššš The Singapore Zoo offers a delightful and well-maintained experience, earning a solid 4-star rating. Sprawled across lush greenery, the zoo is home to a wide variety of animals in thoughtfully designed enclosures that mimic natural habitats. The best times to visit are either in the morning between 10 AM and 2 PM or in the evening from 4 PM to 7 PM. Afternoons can be quite warm, and many animals tend to retreat indoors during this period, making sightings less frequent. What stands out is the zooās excellent infrastructure. Cleanliness is maintained throughout, with public areas kept spotless. There are rest stops, drinking water stations, and washrooms conveniently located every 250 meters, which is very thoughtful for families and children. The staff is polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. On rainy days, an umbrella is essential as many sections of the zoo are outdoors. Despite the weather or heat, the immersive environment, engaging exhibits, and opportunities to learn about wildlife make this a must-visit destination in Singapore. With a little planning, visitors can enjoy a pleasant and memorable outing. A great spot for animal lovers, families, and nature enthusiasts alike.

We spent just over 7 hours with kids aged 7 and 10. The animals were easy to spot. The orang-utans were the highlight. Yes, it gets hot, but there are a lot of shady spots to stop with a fan and cool off a bit. Food areas were busy, but efficient. Easy to get to. The line up back to Khatib station vua shuttle seemed long, but moved quickly.

Here is the best zoo in the world. It was established in the spacious place and maintained very well. It feels like you've entered a jungle, but there's no mess at all and there are hardly any bugs, so it's a pleasant experience. When I go to the zoo, I usually feel sorry for the animals that are kept there, but the animals here feel blessed.
Train S ā Google review
In general, I dislike zoos because of the substandard living conditions and confinement. ( Saigon Zoo is one of the worst) . The Singapore zoo seems to take decent care of its animals, giving them plenty of room , in most cases, to roam and establish territorial spaces. I saw no signs of neurotic , encaged behavior. Singapore Zoo has always exhibited animals in naturalistic, 'open' exhibits with hidden barriers, moats, and glass between the animals and visitors. It houses the largest captive colony of orangutans in the world.\[5\] The Singapore Zoo has been highly ranked by various international metrics.\[6\] There are several exhibits and presentations. The orangutan, elephant, and reptile exhibits were well done. Food is available in several places. Restrooms are available and clean. Handicap is doable and recommended. Be aware there are large distances of primarily level and paved surfaces. āāā There is also a free tram available that circumvents the entire Zoo āāā. Be prepared for heat and extreme humidity. Transportation to and from the zoo is very easy. Shuttle buses run from nearby MRT stations. The entire Zoo is well signed and very easy to navigate. Final take... highly recommended. plan on several hours to all day. . šš±šš«š¦¬šš¦¦ .

Location they provide is far from any public transport. We booked 4 hours tent, it really is not that dreamy as it looks. Dirty dusty tent and mats. The fan they gave were not efficient at all. We had to stay outside only for air. Lights were so low that dinner as well was not visible inside the tent. They provided nice cutlery though, we had to sit outside on the concrete benches as it was really hot inside. East coast park gets the credit of its own beauty. You can enjoy it by bringing your own stuff. Its better to set your own tent. They take \$50 deposit. It is mention that they give back in 3-5 days. Which they took more than 10 days to return, even after everyday asking. Giving 2 stars only for the quick responses.

Such a beautiful and varied landscape with lots of animals! Both the mangrove tour and the walk on the coast were lovely and not too long. I recommend coming here by bike. Watch out for the monkeys! Donāt leave your bag or other belongings unattended.

What a Lovely place it is, away from the city. Was a bit worried visiting here, as thought this place is too wild, but the road is paved, and has parking area for bicycles, good enough to go around for a day trip. Thanks to enormous trees, the hot weather was mild than I worried about.

A good nature walk for the family. Quite a treat when itās during low tide where you can see fish, fiddler crabs and other marine life eg mud crabs, swimming or roaming in their habitats. Monkeys are a constant. Be careful of your belongings and be mindful not to bring any plastic bags or open tote bags as these fellas will not be afraid to pull them off you and rummage through. If that happens, do not resist or pull the bags but just wait for them to stop and collect the items back. You wouldnāt want to be attacked or worse still create a commotion where the monkey calls in the calvary⦠you can take a pretty long walk from the jetty to reach here, cycle or get the ātaxi vansā on the island to bring you there. A round trip costs SGD6 per pax.

Easy to get to. Easy to rent a bike. Definitely would make sure not to miss the pick low tide on the tidal bit next time in order to observe the marine wildlife trapped in pools. Lots of little shrines and temples, bring your binoculars for the birds watch definitely worth it. I struggled with the heat in the afternoon so be mindful of that. Bring cash.

Amazing place, wasn't crowded at all on the weekday. We walked from the jetty and it is certainly doable. Saw plenty of wildlife and would highly recommend. Bring plenty of fluids and also mosquito repellent. We also spotted white bellied sea eagles and a couple of hornbills.

It was a company event, with local guides and vans to fetch us to the wetlands. If you're walking or cycling, please be cautious of vehicles. It's interesting to learn about the habitats and experience the living organisms and plants. Please wear insect repellent before entering the protected wetlands to protect yourself from the mosquitoes.

Nestled in the embrace of cerulean waters, Island is a tropical haven that embodies the very essence of paradise. With its pristine beaches, lush landscapes, and a myriad of activities for travelers of all tastes, this island is a dream come true for those seeking an unforgettable escape. Natural Beauty: āāāāā The natural beauty of island is awe-inspiring. From the moment I set foot on its powdery white-sand beaches, I was enchanted by the crystal-clear waters that gently lapped at the shore. The island's lush, tropical vegetation creates a vivid contrast against the turquoise sea, and the verdant hills and mountains provide endless opportunities for exploration and hiking. Sunsets here are nothing short of spectacular, painting the sky in hues of orange, pink, and purple, making every evening a postcard moment.

Nature preserve
Nestled on the western side of Pulau Ubin, Butterfly Hill is a charming spot teeming with over 50 butterfly-attracting plant species. This small hill is home to more than 140 species of butterflies, including rare finds like the Dwarf Crow and Common Jay. Visitors are encouraged to take their time exploring the area as they may spot various butterfly species such as the Blue Glassy Tiger, Black Veined Tiger, and Common Bluebottle.
Well managed of the park, I never see so many butterflies flying in an open space in Singapore so far. Well done organising it's. There are few figs tree around the area. Very rarely we could see a fig tree in our living area. Pulau Ubin is worth a few visit. I and my friend went there with a group of Uni students from Florida. The students enjoyed the visit! Ferry ticket one way cost \$4, each Ferry only can take 12 people. Only cash accept in the island in case you need to buy snacks and drink. The price of things can a bit higher compare those shop at changi village which can buy some drinks or snacks before taking the ferry there. Many rental bicycle shop upon arriving the island. Washroom not many in the island, the washroom are clean so far. Need to spary insect repellent if you easy attract mosquito.

Really nice spot, especially for dates. I've never seen so many butterflies in one place which is a good sign that the area is preserving their species. And there are so many fifteenth colors, designs, and shapes of butterflies, - with interesting names too. I even saw a dragon/lizard roaming around. I think he was trying to eat them. Anyway, I'd say the hill is a must pass by when arriving to the island\!

Very beautiful location and despite it labelled a hill, itās not really a difficult challenge when you climb to the top. Go down the other side and thereās a wonderful view of a Pekan Quarry Lake. Nestled in a 111-acre former island quarry, Ketam Mountain Bike Park offers an exhilarating experience for mountain biking enthusiasts. The park boasts 6 miles of trails designed to International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) standards, catering to riders of all skill levels. With beginner, intermediate, and advanced trails - known as the Blue Square Trail, Black Diamond Trail, and Double Black Diamond Trail respectively - there's something for everyone.
Awesome place to bring or rent a bike. Boat ride costs \$4 per person and \$6 with a bicycle in 2023. Boats will usually depart only when there are 12 persons. Black Diamond trails not recommended for new cyclists. Plenty of easy trails like the blue ones. Make sure to ride within your skill limits, bring at least 1-2L of water in your bag, stay hydrated and always wear a helmet\!

The place is beautiful and simple awesome. A good place to spend a day with family and friends. Quiet, peaceful and rustic place to be away from the busy and crowded city life. But bicycles here not that good. Suggest to visit on a clear day as there are few or no shelters or resting places within the area. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to reach the bike park from the main village.

Great MTB trail on the small island of Palau Ubin! Blue trails are good for beginners, black and double black for intermediate to advanced, very good place to practice and improve your skills. If attempting black+ be ready for climbs, technical sections, rocks, roots, etc. This trail has a bit of everything and is a great way to spend half a day to full day. The Island itself is very rural, so make sure to bring extra water and snacks, there are a few shops on the island as well. Can take bumboat from Changi terminal for \$4 (\$6 with bike) no set schedule they just leave when full. All in all great experience and highly recommend even if not a MTBer\!

Great place if you love to bike. Keep some water with you and don't carry too much stuff if you plan on going on this trail. Decent bikes are available at a cheap price of around \$25-\$30 per day close to the ferry drop off point... Recommended to bring your own food and water though. Some seafood restaurants are there near the bike rental shops (Central), but there are very few rest stops in the rest of the island. A very adventurous visit overall..

Really nice island to ride around. The bike park is free to enter and has some nice trail, although non of them have any flow. All the trails, even the few double black diamond routes are pretty easy technically for any one with even moderate down hill experience. Although it seams like the route is the wrong way round as majority of interesting features are on the climbs. Overall would highly recommend renting a bike (the one in the photo cost \$20 for the day) and getting out and enjoying the island and bike park.

Pulau Hantu Besar, also known as Ghost Island in Malay, is a small and secluded island off the southern coast of Singapore. It's a popular spot for scuba diving and snorkeling, offering serene beaches away from the usual tourist crowds. The island consists of two islets that are connected at low tide. Think rustic. We arrived here by ferry from Marina South Pier. We got on to the ferry before sunrise. It is about a 40 min ride to Pulau Hantu. Pulau Hantu means Ghost Island translated. We were bright and early. No ghosts here, afew humans, some monkeys thatās it. Must have been our lucky day to be welcomed by the resident monkey. He was busy eating his cracker up on the jetty. š¤£š¤£š¤£ We were there to have a walk at the beach to spot the inter tidal marine life. In the distance you can see Pulau Bukom - pic of oil refineries. The conservation efforts looks to be paying off. We see anemones, nudibranch, some hermit crabs, sponges, scallops, shrimps, sea snails etc.. Up on shore, there are huts to rest, toilets to wash up, pretty basic but as I said it is rustic! There were families camping over night. Lots of mossies so please come prepared else youād be donating a bit of blood! Singapore isnāt just about being a metropolis of skyscrappers and city life, explore out to the southern islands, youād be amazed at the marine life beyond the shores.

There is a poorly maintained public toilet with no partition shower facilities. Swim away from Pulau Bukom because it's cleaner. Many people fishing at the jetty despite having a no fishing sign. Campground
Most convenient and safest campsite in Pulau Ubin. Me and my friends camped at this campsite for 2D1N and it was a pleasant stay due to its strategic location facing the sea hence 24/7 there is a cooling and windy sea breeze blowing at us all the time. The walk to the campsite was rather easy to navigate as you turn left from the jetty and walk straight ahead passing by all the shops before turning left after the sheltered gathering place and walking all the way down The campsite ground was sandy hard but it was not unstable and soft like mud. It provided good stability for our tents. The firepits were not that bad and there were a bunch of twigs and wood leftover from previous campers to help you set up a small fire. It also serves as a cooking area for you to cook over open fire. Another thing is that this campsite is rather safe as there is a affectionate and friendly Mongrel (presumably owned by one of the Ubin residents) occasionally visiting the site to accompany campers and barking at monkeys and other people passing by the campsite It is totally safe to leave your tents unattended during the day however you can take extra precautions by locking your tent zippers by tying knots or using a pad lock Some downsides of the campsite - Monkeys would come and steal your food if you leave it unattended - This place is pitch dark at night with no streetlights - The toilets are a 200m walk away and toilet water comes out brown (not safe for washing cutlery and drinking) To enjoy your stay at this campsite here are some tips before camping here: - Bring about minimum 4 litres of water per person per day of camping. This is enough to supply yourself with enough water to drink for the day and extra water to wash your pots and cutlery. - Bring about 2-3 torchlights per person with ample battery life and about 700-1000 lumens. This should be enough to last for 2-3 nights. - Cook your dinner around 5pm as the sun will set around 6 and the sky will get darker and no street lamps are available - Bring your own food to cook (optional) as there are no shops on the island selling fresh produce - Clean up your rubbish scattered around the campsite after you finish camping as no one would like any dirty and polluted campsites in nature - Firewood and charcoal is not provided at the campsite, you'll have to bring your own to set up your own fire at the firepits - There is no shower at the campsite. Bring body wipes to wipe yourself instead of showering - Book a camping permit for your party 2 weeks in advance of your camp date
R ā Google review
Campsite that's the nearest to Jetty & eateries. Been camping multiple times. For non-locals that want to try camping here, unfortunately you will need a camping permit which only local or permanent resident could apply. Some areas of the ground is too hard to pitch tents. Not for folks if dislike insect bites as there aren't just mosquitoes. Toilets doesn't have shower facilities. Basic wash-up okay. Main concern will be sandflies, ants & unknown bugs. Pretty chill place though. Remember to bring mosquito coil though cos it's very helpful.

A good place to camp. Walking distance from Ubin jetty and village center. So itās easy to buy drinks, food or snack. The chendol seems quite popular!! But we came prepared - spaghetti for brunch, bbq for dinner and burger for breakfast. The camp fire pit was very popular in the nite. We also made some friends and shared food. The only setback is the toilet. There were many campers during this May 1st / Raya holidays. Weather was hot and there is no bathing facilities. Hope that NPark could do more to improve this. Good to check out Butterfly Hill which is nearby. Fishing is popular too. Lastly, rmb to apply for camping permit for each tent. Print out or keep a soft copy as š®āāļø š®āāļø will conduct checks.

Itās an interesting place for Singaporeans to have open fire camping experience. The camp site c and d has some trees and vehicles do drive into it. The camp site a and b might be better in terms of more open grounds. But overall good experience. Bring your own drinking water or way to filter and boil or tablets to clean the water from the toilet. Those water is from the quarry and meant for washing and not drinking.

The camping site is near to toilet however take note there is any flushing system , if need go to main jetty toilet . The place near to the beach is a better spot for camping .

You're allowed an open fire (please use the fire pit) and you can camp without being surrounded by tons of people. Toilets are maybe 3 mins walk away and they are pretty clean and modern! Surprisingly not that many mosquitoes but bring repellent and mosquito coils to be on the safe side. I did find the ground quite rocky so tent pegs may struggle (use rocks to secure guy lines) and bring comfy mattress... Or hammock :)

Good place for a camp, only 500 meters from Ubin jetty. Note water at the toilet is non- portable. Buy water from the provision shop 250 meters away. Note there is two parts to Jelutong camp site. If you are coming from the jetty you will see the smaller one first. Walk down a bit more and you will find the larger one.
Jason L ā Google review
This campsite is facing Singapore, so there are no ugly fences and you can get a clear view of the sea between Pulau Ubin and the main island. This is about 10 mins walk from the jetty so expect a lot of people hanging around here, playing games and just hanging around. The restroom is around 5 mins walk, but it is usually dirty because this is the first restroom and the easily accessible one for visitors. The campsite itself can be crowded at times and might be noisy at times, especially if there are big groups who are drinking during the night. Sometimes there are chopped wood at the designated campfire areas that can be used for free.

To start...what entice us is the tent they provided among many others where its just sky was the roof... Perfect for something memorable and simple with everlasting memories... No doubt heat was a factor with sg weather but the fans kept it a bit cooler and booking for the evening is much better to avoid the sun. They were very prompt n quick in our demands where the lights went off they change the batt.. So overally GREAT MEMORIES ARE MADE WITH WONDOROUSā¤ļø Importantly MY QUEEN ENJOYED HER BDAY SUPRISE

We stayed at Wondrous Glamping for our dear friends 40th birthday. The tent was beautifully done, adequate fans and lights, and had nice ventilation. There was enough space in the tent to stand and move. The service was smooth and many people asked us about the tent when they saw us. Highly recommend\!

Planned a surprise birthday glamping for my friend. We had so much fun during the stay. The weather was perfect. The fan and the bed was good too. Despite it being air bed, the team do provide an air pump in case the bed slightly deflate. Overall it was a good experience with Wondrous Glamping.

Quarry
Pekan Quarry is a picturesque location with stunning blue waters, making it an excellent spot for photography. The area offers a peaceful ambiance and ample seating to relax with friends while enjoying the view. Once an active quarry, it has now been transformed into a floating wetland by Npark. Visitors can also explore nearby attractions such as Jelutong Campsite and Butterfly Hill for additional scenic views.
Beautiful blue quarry, easily accessible on the path towards Puaka Hill. There are some spots to sit and enjoy the view. We saw many birds on the quarry.

Not much of the quarry is visible now.. it looks more like a Wetland or reservoir since the quarry is flooded now. Npark has covert this quarry to a floating Wetland.

Quarry
Ubin Quarry is a must-see attraction on Pulau Ubin Island, offering breathtaking views from multiple vantage points. One trail leads from Jalan Endut Senin to the west of the quarry, while another starts at Puakas Hill to the east. The climb up a steep slope rewards visitors with stunning scenery, but caution is advised near the edge. The quarry is renowned for its beauty and tranquility, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts alike.

Short climb to summit for a breathtaking view of the Quarry. Beware not to go too near the edge. Fence is there for safety purpose.

Pulau Ubin Island is one of the last place you will get to experience Kampong life in Singapore. The island is a great getaway to let one be with nature away from the metropolitan life in mainland Singapore. The island is filled with multiple attractions and the Quarry is definitely not one to be missed. Upon climbing a steep slope you're greeted with a beautiful scenery which will leave you in awe.

Glamping Kaki is a casual resort located at East Coast Park, offering cosy permanent tents with strait views and BBQ pits. The glamping experience allows Singaporeans to escape the city life and relax in nature. The Bell Glamping tents come in three sizes with Queen sized beds and fairy lights. Guests can enhance their experience by adding glam picnic or glam gazebo for an additional fee.
We had a birthday surprise rather last minute. Glampingkaki made it a huge success!! Their response is very fast, helpful and clear. It was very easy to work with them despite that it was last minute. All along the way, messages and photos were sent via WhatsApp so I know what to do and what to expect. The tent and bedding were clean and spacious, at some point when it rained, it was still comfortable for everyone to stay in the tent. The fans which they provided spare batteries for kept the tent well ventilated, yes for sure it is rainproof. The birthday decor is pretty with balloons, fairy lights and banners. It was definitely worthwhile to add on tables and tools so dining was comfortable for everyone. I have already booked the next one to enjoy the experience. Kudos to Irene, William and team! Thanks for all the help.

If you're looking to break away from the usual hotel or dining experience for your special occasions like anniversaries or birthdays, consider the unique adventure of "Go Glamping @ Kranji." This delightful option offers a luxurious camping experience right by the beach at East Coast Park. Embrace nature without sacrificing comfort and enjoy a memorable staycation that combines relaxation with outdoor fun\!
I made a mistake of not looking at the reviews before booking this god awful place. But turns out this is like a scam. The marketing picture looks nice and glamorous, romantic even. So i booked the Couple Hideaway Glamping BBQ. Well judging from the name of that package, i thought it includes the BBQ set. Even the detail page showed the BBQ set and the \* said no food included. However for the price of \$300 for my package, my friend paid \$500 for his 5 pax package (same size tent, just 2 more beds but no decorations), that is the same price as booking a staycation in a nice hotel, we would expect at least clean facilities and toilet, bbq items included in Kranji area. Instead we got a small area with dirty tents erected and a toilet outside of the tent area in another area. In the end, me and my wife went home after the bbq. Did not want to bath and sleep here. We should have booked a staycation at MBS or some nice hotel for the same price.
