Upon arrival, please have your booking reference available (you can find this on your booking confirmation email and even save it to your digital wallet). You’ll collect your tickets from the Guest Services desk or the self-service ticket machines situated near reception. If your booking confirmation has a QR code, you can scan it at the self-service machines to check in.\nOur facilities include changing cubicles, accessible changing facilities, and free lockers available to store your belongings. \nWarm clothing is essential for your snowboard lesson; it's real snow after all. A waterproof jacket and trousers will allow you to enjoy your snowboard lesson fully; these can be hired from us if needed. Gloves and warm socks can be purchased from us if you don’t have your own. The rest of your equipment is included in your lesson fee.\nA complete beginner will need at least six lessons to feel comfortable and confident out on the slopes. Upon arrival, please have your booking reference available (you can find this on your booking confirmation email and even save it to your digital wallet). You’ll collect your tickets from the Guest Services desk or the self-service ticket machines situated near reception. If your booking confirmation has a QR code, you can scan it at the self-service machines to check in.\n\nOur facilities include changing cubicles, accessible changing facilities, and free lockers available to store your belongings.\n\nWhat to wear to my beginner snowboard lesson? \\+\n\nWarm clothing is essential for your snowboard lesson; it's real snow after all. A waterproof jacket and trousers will allow you to enjoy your snowboard lesson fully; these can be hired from us if needed. Gloves and warm socks can be purchased from us if you don’t have your own. Upon arrival, please have your booking reference available (you can find this on your booking confirmation email and even save it to your digital wallet). You’ll collect your tickets from the Guest Services desk or the self-service ticket machines situated near reception. What to wear to my beginner snowboard lesson? \+ Warm clothing is essential for your snowboard lesson; it's real snow after all. A waterproof jacket and trousers will allow you to enjoy your snowboard lesson fully; these can be hired from us if needed. Gloves and warm socks can be purchased from us if you don’t have your own. The rest of your equipment is included in your lesson fee. Aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time of your lesson to allow ample time for check-in, equipment collection and preparation. Upon arrival, please have your booking reference available (you can find this on your booking confirmation email and even save it to your digital wallet). You’ll collect your tickets from the Guest Services desk or the self-service ticket machines situated near reception. If your booking confirmation has a QR code, you can scan it at the self-service machines to check in. Our facilities include changing cubicles, accessible changing facilities, and free lockers available to store your belongings. Warm clothing is essential for your snowboard lesson; it's real snow after all. A waterproof jacket and trousers will allow you to enjoy your snowboard lesson fully; these can be hired from us if needed. Gloves and warm socks can be purchased from us if you don’t have your own. The rest of your equipment is included in your lesson fee. A complete beginner will need at least six lessons to feel comfortable and confident out on the slopes. The number of lessons you will need will vary depending on the pace at which you pick up the skills and knowledge you need to progress to the next lesson stage.
