Use ice cold water. Put the amount of water in a glass with ice in it. They say they've use powdered sugar but that was caster sugar or fine sugar. If you whip it for long, plus minus 10min, it will become very fluffy and hold longer. Use ice cold water. Put the amount of water in a glass with ice in it. They say they've use powdered sugar but that was caster sugar or fine sugar. If you whip it for long, plus minus 10min, it will become very fluffy and hold longer. I started out by using my hand and in a about 2 minutes my hand was getting tired. So I used the hand mixer and in about 1-2 minutes my Coffee was stiff. Use ice cold water. Put the amount of water in a glass with ice in it. They say they've use powdered sugar but that was caster sugar or fine sugar. If you whip it for long, plus minus 10min, it will become very fluffy and hold longer.
