I've played several games and won all of them by a large margin. The AI team failed to make their bid on 5 out of 6 rounds. This isn't because I'm particularly good at the game, just that the AI constantly makes terrible decisions - I could believe the bots are just playing any random card that's allowed by the rules. The rest of the game is simplistic but serviceable - it's just the AI that prevents me from enjoying the game. I'll return to playing free online versions when I want to play Spades. *** Was this review helpful? I've played several games and won all of them by a large margin. The AI team failed to make their bid on 5 out of 6 rounds. This isn't because I'm particularly good at the game, just that the AI constantly makes terrible decisions - I could believe the bots are just playing any random card that's allowed by the rules. The rest of the game is simplistic but serviceable - it's just the AI that prevents me from enjoying the game. I have not tired multi-player, but single player is so-so.
