I am having trouble with my Secretlab MAGNUS Pro or MAGNUS Evo Sit-to-Stand Desk. What can I do? You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro or MAGNUS Evo with the following steps: 1. Press and hold the Down button to lower the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro/Evo to the lowest position. 2. Press and hold the Down button again until the digital display shows “RST.” 3. The desk will move up and down slightly. Do not release the button until a beep is heard. 4. The motorized leg columns are now synchronized via the software in the Control Box. 5. Raise the desk to the highest and lowest position to confirm proper function. If your desk remains unresponsive, disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds before reconnecting. Make sure the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected, and there are no obstructions that may trigger the anti-collision system. I am having trouble with my Secretlab MAGNUS Pro or MAGNUS Evo Sit-to-Stand Desk. What can I do? You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro or MAGNUS Evo with the following steps: 1. Press and hold the Down button to lower the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro/Evo to the lowest position. 2. Press and hold the Down button again until the digital display shows “RST.” 3. The desk will move up and down slightly. Do not release the button until a beep is heard. 4. The motorized leg columns are now synchronized via the software in the Control Box. 5. Raise the desk to the highest and lowest position to confirm proper function. If your desk remains unresponsive, disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds before reconnecting. To avoid any potential interactions with your device, keep the magnetic head pillow and armrests a safe distance (30cm / 12 inches) away from your medical device. Small magnets may also pose a choking hazard and are dangerous if swallowed. Keep them away from children and pets. Will the magnets found on the Secretlab TITAN Evo interfere with electronic devices? The neodymium magnets found on the head pillow, armrest tops and side covers of the Secretlab TITAN Evo have been extensively tested for safety and interference. They should not interfere with electronic devices like smart watches and wireless charging devices. The head pillow and side covers are also a safe distance away from where electronic devices are usually placed. Additionally, the magnets on the armrest covers are insulated by a thick PU layer and should not affect smart watches. The armrests on my Secretlab chair are too far apart. How can I adjust them? You can move the armrests closer to you by pressing the black button on the inner edge of the armrest and sliding the armrest top inward. To move them even closer, unscrew the three M8 screws holding each armrest in place under the seat base and shift both armrests closer. Tighten the screws to fix the armrests in their new position.
