As a result of our continuous interaction with MOM, in some circumstances, we are even able to reach out to MOM to understand what further documents will assist MOM in analyzing the appeal better.
Appeal a rejected S Pass application
Employer have 3 months to appeal an unsuccessful S Pass application, but you should do so only if you can address the reasons for rejection.
Employer can check the rejection advisory in
EP Online
to view the reasons for rejection and advice on what to do next.
We, as your appointed agent, we will advised and follow up on the appeal on the employer behalf.
When to appeal
Employer should only appeal if you can address the issues in your rejection advisory. There will be no change in the outcome unless there is new information in the appeal.
How long it takes
Appeals take
at least 3 weeks
, sometimes a little longer. Employer can always log in to EP Online to check on the appeal status.
We as an agent, we will monitor closely on the Appeal case, will keep the employer posted on all updates. |
