On the professional side, after working at\nThe Cook’s House\nin Traverse City, Michigan, she went on to work as a recovery coach in Michigan helping others achieve sobriety as\nshe did in 2021\n.\nMichelle Tribble:\nHell’s Kitchen\nSeason 17 winner\nIn the summer of 2020 after 2.5 years as head chef at the\nHell’s Kitchen restaurant at Caesars Palace\n, Las Vegas, Michelle Tribble left her position there after being furloughed during the pandemic. She now appears to be focused solely on her work as a private chef and was actively promoting her salsa brand\nMama Kori Salsa\n, although activity on her IG account has slowed down in recent years.\nTrenton Garvey:\nHell’s Kitchen\nSeason 20 winner\nAs the winner of\nHell’s Kitchen\nseason 20, \nTrenton Garvey\n collected $250,000 and landed a gig as head chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak in the Paris Las Vegas Resort. He then went on to work at The Bedford by\nMartha Stewart\nin the same resort and ultimately returned to his post as\nexecutive chef at The Blue Duck\nin Maplewood, Missouri. \nAlex Belew:\nHell’s Kitchen\nSeason 21 winner\nAlex Belew, a former restaurant owner from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, got the winning nod from Gordon Ramsay in February 2022. They focus on “sustainability implementing a zero waste/less waste model, and procuring from local organic farmers and vendors who don’t necessarily have the platform to expand and grow on their own,” according to Johnson. She said one of the greatest things that came out of winning Hell’s Kitchen was strengthening her sense of self. “I gained independence and the ability to rely on myself. With the springboard of Hell’s Kitchen , so many doors opened and opportunities presented themselves,” she shared. “But without the self-awareness I achieved, I wouldn’t have been able to get my businesses off the ground or take advantage of the gifts I received.” Paul Niedermann: Hell’s Kitchen Season 9 winner For Paul Niedermann, winning Hell’s Kitchen set his life on a path that he could never have imagined. Originally from Florida, Niedermann worked with the BLT Group all around the nation before returning home and opening SALT7 , a modern American restaurant in Delray Beach and its second location in Fort Lauderdale. Formerly the head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Pub and Grill in Atlantic City, N.J., she is sharing her journey online via Instagram . Meghan Gill: Hell’s Kitchen season 14 winner Meghan Gill is executive chef at Dormie Network , a nationwide network of private golf clubs. Looking to disrupt the culture and stereotype of golf clubhouse food, they feature classic techniques with a modern flair. “We’re orchestrating an environment where chefs can thrive, based on what I’ve learned while working at some of the best restaurants,” Gill said. “It has been really challenging but a lot of fun.” What stands out for Gill after being on Hell’s Kitchen is how far she was stretched. “I was pushed to adapt and overcome so many fears, from pulling crabs out of the ocean to jumping off a roof to just being in the kitchen with Gordon,” she says. “After Hell’s Kitchen, I worked with the Gordon Group at Caesar’s in Atlantic City, and those learning opportunities and exposure was life-changing.” Ariel Malone: Hell’s Kitchen Season 15 winner Ariel Malone’s LinkedIn page says that she’s the head chef at Stick With Me, although it’s unclear what that is. She is the mother of three children, including twin girls. In the past, she stated that long-term goal was to own and operate a farm and bed and breakfast where young men and women from the community can learn about farming and business ownership. Kimberly-Ann Ryan: Hell’s Kitchen Season 16 winner According to a 2024 GoFundMe , Kimberly-Ann Ryan has been fighting many health battles as a result of Long COVID since March of 2020. To add to her serious challenges, she also has a 2025 GoFundMe to help in her breast cancer battle. On the professional side, after working at The Cook’s House in Traverse City, Michigan, she went on to work as a recovery coach in Michigan helping others achieve sobriety as she did in 2021 . Michelle Tribble: Hell’s Kitchen Season 17 winner In the summer of 2020 after 2.5 years as head chef at the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at Caesars Palace , Las Vegas, Michelle Tribble left her position there after being furloughed during the pandemic. In 2021, she returned to the GRNA team as Culinary Development executive chef and has since been promoted to director of culinary development. According to Michelle’s LinkedIn page , she describes herself as a Professional Chef and Restaurant Operations Specialist, among other titles, and she’s been working for New Product Development at KFC in Dallas, Texas, since January 2025. Ariel Contreras: Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 winner Ariel Contreras-Fox is currently Vice P r esident Culinary at Del Frisco’s /DF Grille/Strip House. Not one to slow down, she published the children’s book, Freckle-Faced Foodie: Journey of a Young Chef and Spice Kitchen: Healthy Latin and Caribbean Cuisine. She is also a judge on Food Network and lives in New York with her husband, Alexander Mangual, and two daughters, London and Charlotte. Kori Sutton: Hell’s Kitchen Season 19 winner As the winner of Hell’s Kitchen season 19, Kori Sutton was awarded a head chef position at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen Lake Tahoe, where she began working in May 2021, according to an Instagram post. She now appears to be focused solely on her work as a private chef and was actively promoting her salsa brand Mama Kori Salsa , although activity on her IG account has slowed down in recent years. Trenton Garvey: Hell’s Kitchen Season 20 winner As the winner of Hell’s Kitchen season 20, Trenton Garvey collected $250,000 and landed a gig as head chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak in the Paris Las Vegas Resort. He then went on to work at The Bedford by Martha Stewart in the same resort and ultimately returned to his post as executive chef at The Blue Duck in Maplewood, Missouri. Alex Belew: Hell’s Kitchen Season 21 winner Alex Belew, a former restaurant owner from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, got the winning nod from Gordon Ramsay in February 2022. He accepted the head chef position at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at Caesar’s Atlantic City, although he did not cook there full time . Belew left the position in April 2024 and continues to pursue his other commitments, such as special appearances, private chef services, and working with Murfreesboro-based Nutrition Faktory, for which he develops meal preps. He regularly shares recipes and tips on his Instagram and other social platforms. Ryan O’Sullivan: Hell’s Kitchen Season 22 winner Cork City, Ireland native Ryan O’Sullivan emerged as the winner of season 22 of Hell’s Kitchen in January 2024. While he has not accepted an offer to work full-time at one of Ramsay’s restaurants, he cooked at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen Caesar’s Palace Las Vegas over a weekend in late April. In 2024, he was the chef de cuisine at a modern Italian restaurant called Solstice, located at The Country Club at Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, although it’s unclear from his personal website and his Instagram whether he’s still working with that establishment. Kyle Timpson: Hell’s Kitchen Season 23 winner Kyle won the 23rd season in February 2025. We’re casting for real chefs who live in and work in this industry and are given an opportunity to make something of themselves,” said veteran Hell’s Kitchen showrunner Kenny Rosen in an interview with Parade.com. “These hardcore blue-collar workers of America are being given a shot.” Danny Veltri will never forget receiving the call that he had been selected from thousands of hopefuls to be on Hell’s Kitchen Season 5. That telephone call changed his life. After an extensive process that included an in-person interview, weeks of phone calls, menus and a background check, he was sitting at home in Edgewater, Florida, when he saw the call coming from a California area code. “I was sitting on the couch when they told me,” recalled Veltri. “I was told ‘Pack your bags, you leave in two days.’” For the ultimate icing on the cake, Veltri was declared the winner of 2eason 5. “I was so spent the night I won,” he shared. “The experience involves six weeks of 20-hour days. Machamer created the company [Clandestine Table](https://clandestinetable.com/) to provide private dinners, curated wine tastings and other culinary experiences in the Napa Valley. “My wine country getaway has become a decade of living and working in the Napa Valley, managing wine brands and cultivating the proliferation of wine and food pairing programs throughout the region,” adds Machamer. “Since the pandemic, our local client base has increased dramatically with vintners and clients entertaining more at their homes or in small groups.
