I am a mom who had to put her son in a rehab with a Marchman Act he had to be in a facility for 90 days court ordered as I did my research I came up with this facility "Deland Treatment Solutions" so I called and made sure that they took my sons insurance and if they had a bed available.And Immediately they kept following up to see if my son was ready to enter the facility they were even willing to pick him up,all I have to say about this facility that my son came out of different person the staff and that facility is amazing and the two Cooks they have in this facility is definitely a five-star meal all I can say if you have a loved one and you're afraid to put them in a facility I don't blame you but this by far is very highly recommended by me. When I went to the court all the time to fight the case of the Marchman act I ran into many families there and this is the place and address that I gave them to put their loved ones a few of them fell in there and they are very content of the outcome may God Bless the people that runs this facility and all the staff who works there, I can honestly say that I am so grateful to finally have my son back the way he used to be praise the Lord.

I was court ordered to do 90 days in a residential treatment facility. This was my first time in rehab, so I was a little bit nervous not knowing what to expect. I made a phone call to Deland treatment solutions. They work with mental health and are also a substance abuse rehab. The intake they where very helpful in getting me there, making sure a bed was available, and any miscellaneous things that I needed they made sure to get. A huge plus is your allowed to have your vape or cigarettes. I was greeted by Dani one of the best techs, she works fast and is always very kind and helpful. Made me feel comfortable and welcomed. All there techs went above and beyond thank you Alissa, Hailey, Disney, Jillian, Melissa, Diego, Dion, Dani, Dwight, and Kevin. The food was next level amazing Shirly and Mitka served some of the best foods and if there was something you needed made special (vegan, vegetarian, ect) they made sure to comidate. Service with a smile that did not go unnoticed. Thank you Shirley and Mitka you 2 work great together ❤️
There was always a nurse on staff 24/7 who took amazing care of me. Thank you Megan, Lindsay, Lawshandra, Gwen, Caitlyn, and Jocelyn. The therapist where great, group sessions every day and if you felt like you needed 1 on 1 sessions you could request them thank you Courtney, Danielle, Kim, and Stephanie.

I had an amazing experience at DTS they helped me get through a really rough time in my life they treated me like I was an actual person. The techs there are really amazing I really liked them all the ones that I appreciate the most are Hailey, Jillian , Dani , Dainel, Alissa, and Dion. Those specific techs knew the pain I was feeling and had been through similar experiences that made it where they could relate and give me tools that I could take back into society. They pushed me to become a better person and move past the hard things in my life that were holding me back. I really like the therapist Cortney he really helped me a lot to he is an amazing therapist and he tries to relate to the clients as much as he can. Madison in admissions was kind, patient, and helpful from the very beginning, guiding us through the process and answering all of our questions.

After reading the few negative reviews about this facility, I felt obligated to share my own experience and touch on a few important points.
I recently completed a stay at this inpatient treatment facility and overall had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for.
The healthcare technicians, including Dion, Darnell, Kevin, and Diego, were extremely professional and consistently treated residents with respect. Hailey, Jill, and Danny all had great personalities and helped create a warm and welcoming environment from day one.
The nursing staff: Megan, Lindsay, Katelyn, and others I may be forgetting , were very knowledgeable and especially helpful during the detox process. They ensured medications were handled properly and consistently checked in to make sure I had everything I needed.
The therapy program itself was excellent. Therapists Rebecca, Kim, and Courtney did a great job creating a supportive environment where you could truly focus on recovery, personal growth, and understanding the underlying issues that brought you there.
The facility was always clean and well maintained, and I also want to give a lot of credit to the kitchen staff. Mitkah and the other lady in the kitchen worked incredibly hard preparing meals every day, and in my experience the food was consistently very good.
I also want to recognize Zach, the owner. He was extremely supportive and clearly cares about the people going through the program. That level of leadership and compassion shows throughout the entire facility.
I think it’s important to remember that recovery is a very personal process and everyone will have their own perspective and experience. One thing that sometimes gets misunderstood is how the length of treatment works. A “30-day program” is often more of a general timeframe. Insurance companies typically approve treatment in smaller increments, often about a week at a time, and the facility has to submit updates to continue care. Because of that, some people may stay a few extra days if insurance approves additional time, if detox takes longer than expected, or if discharge planning requires more time.
There were also times during the day where things slowed down, but in my opinion that’s actually part of the recovery process. Learning to slow down, sit with your thoughts and emotions, and reflect on what needs to change in your life is a big part of why people come to treatment in the first place.
Like any treatment program, everyone will have their own experience. For me personally, I’m grateful for the time I spent there and for the people who helped me during that process. This program helped me get back on track, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking help
