Expertise spanning more than a decade, we are a Nepalese local trekking agency offering unparalleled treks, tours, & peak expeditions in the landscapes of Himalayas’ lofty altitudes. Everest Region Treks Everest Region Treks take you to the heart of the Himalayas, offering stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and more. From the legendary Everest Base Camp to the tranquil Gokyo Lakes  and challenging Three Passes Trek, the region is filled with adventure and spirituality. Sherpa culture, centuries-old monasteries, and dramatic landscapes make each step unforgettable. Trekking In Nepal begins with a thrilling flight to Lukla and continues through iconic villages like Namche and Tengboche. Whether you’re chasing a dream or simply craving the mountains, Everest welcomes you with open skies and mighty peaks. Annapurna Region Treks Annapurna Region Treks offer one of Nepal’s most diverse and iconic trekking experiences, blending dramatic Himalayan landscapes with rich cultural heritage. From the world-famous Annapurna Circuit and Annapurna Base Camp to hidden gems like Nar Phu Valley and Tilicho Lake, this region has routes for both seasoned trekkers and beginners. Trek through subtropical forests, deep gorges, alpine meadows, and traditional Gurung and Thakali villages, all while enjoying panoramic views of peaks like Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre. With easy access from Pokhara and a variety of trails ranging from short hikes to high mountain passes, the Annapurna Region remains a timeless favorite for adventure seekers. Langtang Region Treks The Langtang Valley Trek is a stunning Himalayan journey just a few hours from Kathmandu, making it perfect for those seeking a short yet immersive adventure. This trek takes you through lush forests, traditional Tamang and Sherpa villages, and up to the shadow of Langtang Lirung (7,227m). Along the way, you’ll encounter sacred sites like Kyanjin Gompa, diverse wildlife within Langtang National Park, and even glimpse the elusive red panda. Rebuilt after the 2015 earthquake, the region now welcomes trekkers with renewed warmth and resilience. Ideal for both beginners and experienced hikers, Langtang offers a rich blend of nature, culture, and serenity without the need for high-altitude passes. Manaslu Region Treks The Manaslu Region Trek offers a raw and rewarding Himalayan experience, combining breathtaking views of Mt. Manaslu (8,163m), remote trails, and deep cultural immersion. Often called “The Spirit Mountain,” this less-crowded trek winds through Gurung and Tibetan-influenced villages, ancient monasteries, and the untouched Tsum Valley. From crossing the dramatic Larkya La Pass to spotting rare wildlife and walking along sky-high cantilever bridges, each step unveils natural beauty and cultural depth. Though remote and challenging, its quiet trails and authentic encounters make Manaslu a hidden gem for serious trekkers seeking something beyond the ordinary. In October 2014, 2015 I completed another wonderful family trek in Nepal to Langtang and Gosainkund lakes thanks to Sappa and his company “Nepal Base Camp Treks”. I first met Sappa in 2008 on a family Gokyo Lakes Trek and EBC Trek. At that time, I was greatly impressed by the highly professional approach he took to mountain guiding. I’m very happy to report that in 2014 nothing has changed. Sappa continues to maintain an exceptionally high standard of service and this together with his warm, generous and engaging personality ensured everyone in our party had an amazing time during their visit to Nepal. We were treated to fantastic traditional Nepalese food and cultural performances at welcoming and farewell dinners in Kathmandu; expertly and safely guided over 14 days of trekking through an incredibly beautiful landscape; and provided with detailed and knowledgeable commentary during our tours of all the main sites around Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Patan. I’m very happy to report that the organisation of our transport, sightseeing, accommodation and trekking arrangements was first rate and that over three weeks everything ran very smoothly indeed. Overall, Sappa‘s vast guiding experience and mountain knowledge ensured that our itinerary was structured in such a way that it provided us with a good deal of flexibility and ample time to absorb the magnificent mountain views while trekking, as well as not being rushed on our tours of Kathmandu and surrounds. On this trip, a few in our party were first time trekkers. What a fantastic introduction to trekking in the Nepal Himalaya they received thanks to the great care and attention to every little detail provided by Sappa and his fabulous support crew Manoj, Shankar and Suraj. Thank you Sappa, for also keeping up the tradition of supplying us with bananas and chocolate bars. I must also mention that the pomegranate seeds the crew provided to us on our way to Langtang was an unexpected but greatly appreciated treat. Importantly, from a safety aspect, we were more than pleased to find that Nepal Base Camp Treks used modern four wheel drive vehicles to take us to the start of our trek in Syabrubesi and also for the return journey from Dhunche. We were also very impressed to observe that Sappa and his company take very good care of their support crews. If you are planning to visit Nepal, I have no hesitation in recommending Sappa and his company “Nepal Base Camp Treks” for trouble free trekking and touring. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait for my next trek with Sappa, which will be around Manaslu trek . Adriano Rosa I trekked with Sappa to EBC in 2007. We were introduced to him by three groups of friends who had each trekked with him before on the others’ recommendation. They were not wrong. Sappa ensured we were comfortable and from the moment we arrived in Nepal. Organising everything from transport to our hotel to making sure I’d all the gear needed for our trek. He even wanted to carry my pack! during the trek the high level of service continued. Sappa was knowledgeable and we felt confident in his ability at all times. He made the trip fun and was always making us laugh. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending my friend Sappa. I’m happy to be contacted if anyone wanted further information Facebook  http://facebook.com/peterdevenney Peter Devenney We had a days wonderful trip to Annapurna Base Camp with Nepal Base Camp Treks, Sappa and team from Pokhara. - ![best time](data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%201%201'%3E%3C/svg%3E) ![best time](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/surface.svg) Best to visit in Mar – May, Sep – Nov - ![popular trek](data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%201%201'%3E%3C/svg%3E) ![popular trek](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/love.svg) Popular among first time travelers [![fire](data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%2030%2031'%3E%3C/svg%3E) ![fire](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/wp-content/themes/nepalbasecamp/images/fire.png) Most Popular ![Langtang Gosaikunda Trek](data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%201920%20768'%3E%3C/svg%3E) ![Langtang Gosaikunda Trek](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/langtang-gosaikunda-trek.jpg) 16 Days 4,610 m / 15,125 ft Langtang Gosaikunda Trek \$1450per person 5.0](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/trip/langtang-gosaikunda-trek/) [![fire](data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%2030%2031'%3E%3C/svg%3E) ![fire](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/wp-content/themes/nepalbasecamp/images/fire.png) Most Popular ![trek guides from nepal base](data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%201920%20768'%3E%3C/svg%3E) ![trek guides from nepal base](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/langtang-valley-trek.webp) 8 Days 3,870 m / 12,697 ft Langtang Valley Trek \$500per person 5.0](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/trip/langtang-valley-trek/) [![Langtang Tamang Heritage Trail](data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%201920%20768'%3E%3C/svg%3E) ![Langtang Tamang Heritage Trail](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/tamang-heritage-trail-trek.jpg) 7 Days 3,165 m / 10,384 ft Langtang Tamang Heritage Trail \$690per person 5.0](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/trip/langtang-tamang-heritage-trail/) ![Trekkers at Manaslu Region](data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%201080%201920'%3E%3C/svg%3E) ![Trekkers at Manaslu Region](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/trekkers-at-manaslu-region.jpg) ## Manaslu Region Treks The [**Manaslu Region Trek**](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/trip/manaslu-circuit-trek/) offers a raw and rewarding Himalayan experience, combining breathtaking views of Mt. I first met Sappa in 2008 on a family [**Gokyo Lakes Trek**](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/trip/gokyo-lake-trek/) and EBC Trek. I can’t wait for my next trek with Sappa, which will be around [**Manaslu trek**](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/trip/manaslu-circuit-trek/). In October 2014, 2015 I completed another wonderful family trek in Nepal to Langtang and **[Gosainkund lakes](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/trip/langtang-gosaikunda-trek/)** thanks to Sappa and his company “Nepal Base Camp Treks”. I first met Sappa in 2008 on a family [**Gokyo Lakes Trek**](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/trip/gokyo-lake-trek/) and EBC Trek. I can’t wait for my next trek with Sappa, which will be around [**Manaslu trek**](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/trip/manaslu-circuit-trek/). ![adiano review](https://nepalbasecamptreks.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/adiano-review-2.webp) **Adriano Rosa** I trekked with Sappa to EBC in 2007.
