Minnesota is the 23rd state in the nation to legalize adult-use cannabis.\n\nThe law also created a new state office – the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). Minnesota is the 23rd state in the nation to legalize adult-use cannabis. The law also created a new state office – the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM).
